As soon as I walked in, I was pressured into an upsell--they pushed a more expensive option right away, claiming it would include a full-body massage. Not only did they not deliver the full massage I was promised, but at the end I was also pressured to tip, as if it was required. Tips should be earned, not demanded--and certainly not after an incomplete service. It felt like a bait-and-switch followed by guilt-tripping. Totally unprofessional, and I won't be returning.
