There are a lot of different options for just foot back massage, keeping your clothes on. I always opt for the full body concentration on the back/shoulders. I'm currently 5.5 months pregnant, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I got the calf and foot massage and added a foot scrub. While the scrub was a little abrasive for my skin (I'll probably skip it next time), everything else was incredible. I also added a head, neck, shoulder, and back massage. Since I'm pregnant, they had me sit up for the back portion, and it was still such a relaxing and effective experience. Fun Fact - they have both communal massage rooms or private massage rooms - Wow a treat ! Everything from the cleanliness of the place, prices, service makes this place a hidden gem. I have been here twice now and going to go for a third time and bring a friend. I called to schedule an appointment and Hunter, the Manager/Owner picked up the phone. He helped book me for a 60 min foot and body massage in their communal spa room (current price $80 April 2024 which is a steal!). I got to chat with Hunter at the end and was able to learn more him, his passion in this space, and his education and licenses in the space. While they do have private rooms for body massage, this massage type takes place in the communal room. You keep your clothes on ( I recommend wearing shorts or pants you can roll your pants up, and a tank if you want them to use oil on your back/neck areas). The communal rooms are dimly lit, quiet and not ever full which makes it feel like your own room. Your feet then soak in epsom or herbal water and they work on your arms hands and head. Then they work on your foot, and wow does it feel amazing. It's not just a typical massage, they go deep! But they often ask how the pressure is so don't be afraid to modify. At the end, they focused on my neck and back which had been in pain for many months. The masseuse, Judy was great at getting all the knots out. She has strong hands! I've also been another time in their private room for their body massage which was also amazing. Their technique and professionalism is superb. At the end, Hunter asked how everything was and while I had an amazing massage - I did mention that I still had some upper back pain. Hunter, being a licensed Masseuse himself spent 10 min to help me get more knots out in the communal room. I'd typically decline, since it wasn't their fault, but I was in so much pain I accepted. I got a voicemail today from someone at H2 after seeing my yelp review. I appreciate the effort that they took to try and rectify the situation, and for that reason I'm updating my rating from 3 to 4 stars. The sentiment of the voicemail was apologetic and the voice on the line emphasized that they didn't mean to make anyone uncomfortable and offered me solutions, which I really appreciate. They must have gotten my phone number from their system from when I purchased the gift card, but that's ok, I offered up that information and they were free to use it how they saw fit! All in all, it wasn't a big enough deal to warrant a "bad" review and my father really enjoyed the massage, plus the time they took to reach out, I'm adding another star. read more

Best massage ever. I have been to many fancy spas that charge $250+ but this beats it. H2 spa is not the fanciest spa but is very clean and the massage therapist found all the trigger points and released tension and soreness better than any other spa I've been to. Really enjoyed my first visit here. I am 38 weeks pregnant and my feet have been killing me. Came here for the foot reflexology massage. They also added a neck and shoulder massage, and head massage. Honestly the service was so great and the communal massage room was so tastefully done. I was really happy with my experience and would go back. Pregnancy wise, they were very accommodating and propped up my table so I was in a reclined sitting position. They helped me sit and stand. As someone who has had deep tissue massage twice a month for the past 10+ years due to my occupation, I've experienced a lot of masseuses and Amelie gave me so much relief from tension and pain. What an incredible experience. I have major insomnia & am never able to fall asleep without help, but this massage was transcendence. I felt like I was being transported back to Bali. The whole team was great & they did an incredible job. A lot of places have masseuses that waste your time by taking extra minutes to rinse off a foot basin or get hot towels, but my lady returned in a jiffy. She was professional & didn't bombard me consistently with the "are you feeling ok?" Except at the beginning & the middle when she had to apply more pressure. If I wasn't feeling okay, I'd tell you... I really don't need someone asking me unless I ask. I highly recommend coming here - the only thing I would say is they don't have great sound control so you can hear people talking outside or it does get a bit noisy at times. The owner greeted me as I entered and let me know that my massage would start at 12:35 (my appointment was at 12:30) because they were running a little behind. I appreciated the heads up. The lounge area was comfortable and I was offered hot tea (they also have water). I had some tea and filled out the paperwork. When it was 12:34, I was shuffled to my room and disrobed and waiting for my therapist. Annie was my therapist and did an amazing job.
