Dan is the man! I think I had the best deep tissue ever. When you are 240 + in your 50's and living an active lifestyle not just in the gym, but no beer gut and couch surfing either. You have almost 15 years in hot yoga and bike 17 miles every week you will get sore. Dan has the power needed to deep massage, period. Throw in cupping for the topper. Oddly this was also the first time I didnt get up like I had been massaged into a pulp but felt refreshed not that zombie mode. Highly recommend. read more

The office is really welcoming and intimate. She offered to put the table warmer on or not and was always checking in to see how I was doing. They are clean, they have air purifiers and fans and heated massage tables if needed, I got a massage from Catheliya today, she was great, I am picky and requested a "Custom Massage" she listened to my needs and she worked on the muscle groups I requested. She is supper strong, if you want deep tissue, she is it, If you need a lighter massage on sensitive areas, she listens!!! At the end she used hot towels to wipe the excess oil away... I had a fantastic 1 hour massage. My massage therapist started off by asking me what temperature I wanted the bed heated to, the pressure, and what I wanted to work on. She undid a lot of the knots in my shoulders and helped with the pain in my low back and hips. I especially loved the hot towels that she used to help my muscles. I had an amazing 60 minute massage by Sierra today. I told her my shoulders and neck were tight and she spent so much time working on them with just the right amount if pressure. The room was quiet and peaceful and I felt relaxed the minute I arrived. When I realized the hour was almost up I almost started crying because I never wanted it to end. Found this place online. Easy convenient location in Pacific Beach. Called and got an appointment right away. Easy to street park. Place was clean and had a nice warm greeting from reception. The price was right! First time is 50$ and after that is 55$. I wanted a 90 minute so they took 5$ off of that 83$ price. Massage was awesome. Pretty quiet room. Warm, nice music and nice aroma. Amazing therapist- her name is Cinthya. I got her card so I could recommend her! Looking forward to going back to see her. She was great. I got a massage from Valerie. I am visiting San Diego from the Bay Area, and when I booked my appointment they asked if I wanted a relaxation massage or a deep tissue. I said deep tissue and my massage mostly consisted of rubbing and hardly any kneading. I believe she used coconut oil which made my skin feel very soft but a lot of dry rubbing because the oil would absorb so quickly into my skin. I paid 80$ for a terrible massage. I do not recommend Valerie for your massage. read more
