There is not a better card shop and gift store in the area. Exceptional gifts, great service and reasonable prices. The BEST!

This extremely fun and eclectic owner welcomed me to the store from behind the counter. She has a…read morevibrant personality that is so wonderful, you just enjoy talking with her. The store is a craft and clothing boutique. It's much more than that. Everything there is a one-of-a-kind unique item that local crafters have created. I loved browsing through the entire store and there were so many hidden gems. I was originally trying to find something for my friends twin daughters. I got a little bit overwhelmed with all the cute things that they have. I must say I want to buying a pair of airings for myself. I had to say to bring my girlfriend over and just ask her very point-blank "what adorable items do you want for your twins because they're all just too cute." You are not allowed to take pictures in the store. The reason is simple, all the items are one-of-a-kind handcrafted gifts. She had a bad experience with one time she was at a tradeshow and somebody took pictures of her items. The next thing she knew she was browsing in a high-end catalog for jewelry and she found her pieces replicated. That is devastating to a crafter who takes pride in their products and did not get a single penny for it. I can respect that. She still has awesome things. Will definitely go back.

Makes me very sad writing this as I have been going to sunshine daydream since high school and…read morebefore they changed locations and opened their new store(s). My mom and grandma would bring me here when I was little when they first opened back in 2005. The prices have skyrocketed and I fear they have steered away from the "local business" culture and prices. Now it feels like I'm shopping at an expensive department store. The prices are not reflective of the quality. The jewelry isn't as good as it used to be as the $14-$16 sterling silver earrings begin to tarnish after a month of wear. Many of my pieces I own have become stretched out and pilled after only a few wears (even with gentle washing/cleaning). Some of the pieces being the EXACT SAME BRANDS that are sold at Island Gypsy in Lavalette but being more affordable there. Today I went for the first time in a long time as I had a gift card and wanted to give them another shot as I so badly want to love sunshine again. But when I went to pay the girls said there wasn't enough money on my unused gift card saying there was only $13 of the $25...do not think it was malicious or intentional but I think there was a mix up due to them reusing gift cards. If you're charging this much for your products, why can't you afford to buy new gift cards or have a better system? The girls kind of just looked at me and shrugged like "sorry". After today, it makes me so sad as a local of point pleasant boro that a store I once loved for the quality and price has now become a hub specifically geared towards wealthy tourists.

I witnessed something in you that surpassed my expectations: a genuine warmth that you shared in being the ultimate "Singing Florist." I felt so fortunate that I was in the audience- your voice was amazing. I won the bridal bouquet in the raffle and was stunned by the beauty of this floral arrangement. When you were creating this masterpiece, while singing, you offered to perform wedding renewal vows for the recipient. I was so happy to meet you because you are so incredible. Enclosed is a photo of we two together during one of my happiest moments. I plan to blast thumbs up for B2R on Facebook, Yelp and my family who live in Manasquan and the Jersey shore. Many thanks to you, John because you truly make a difference.

We walked in off the street, and I asked if we could have a small bouquet for about $25 or $30 to take to their home. The customer service was great, and I was stunned at the quality and beauty of the floral arrangement, all in autumn colors and included roses, gerber daises lilies and roses!!!!!! I will definitely use this florist again and call in from Virginia where I live to have flowers in the future for our family there.
