There were barely any patients and the doctor that saw her didn't do anything other than refer us to labcorp..... my daughter has been sick ever since and she wasn't sick until after I brought her there. I was extremely surprised at how awful it really does feel to be rushed. I even mentioned how many hippa violations I felt like I was committing by standing up in front of other patients while being rushed to fill things out. I don't care if I have to drive to another county hours away. This is the absolute last place I will visit again. I should've just left and so should you if any establishment makes you feel as such

Who else do they need to hear it from? The office manager of the Delaney office was ridiculously rude and refused to look further into the issue. She said that's what her computer says so that's what it is. She was rude to the insurance agent from tricare to, he told her they were in network and even checked the individual doctor, still in network and she told him he was wrong. They lost a patient because of how rude the office manager at Delaney was and their incompetence.

My primary care doctor referred me to an allergist and an appointment was made for me. Allergy Partners called me to get my detailed info such as email, phone number, etc. and at that time, DURING that conversation I asked what to expect at my first appointment. Once I found out it was a lengthy appointment and I was going to be "pricked" 70 ish times I decided to cancel on the spot and talk to my doctor to reevaluate the necessity of this path for me. I CANCELLED during that conversation. Then I start receiving bills in the mail for $50 for a no show! I called several times, probably once a month since June, and it was either a day they were closed or I got voicemail. I left 2 voicemails (which Brandy says I am lying about) and then I finally got through today. The office manager, Brandy, spoke over me rudely the entire time and accused me of lying when I called to get the bill retracted!!!??? Is she serious??? She said she would remove the fee but they would NEVER accept me as a patient in the future then HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Good! I don't want to be a patient where the staff is rude and I don't have allergies anyway!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS.... and I tried very hard to get her to JUST BE NICE and see it from MY perspective as the patient and how frustrating it is FOR ME!!! I am the one they are trying to steal money from! Regardless, I called her back to try to de-escalate and end on a good note.... let's just say she does not need to be in a management position, a leader of any kind, or working with people. HORRIBLE! Why can't people just be NICE! and do their job.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to be told once I was finally seen that they don't even offer that type of testing. It was clear no one had reviewed the referral ahead of time--something that absolutely should have happened. If the office had simply read the referral before the day of my appointment, they could have called me to cancel or redirect me, saving me time and money. To be fair, I also place some responsibility on my neurosurgeon's office for not verifying the appropriate facility. However, this office still should have reviewed the referral before I arrived. Instead, I was told no one locally--or possibly even in the state--offers this testing and that I should call Duke. The doctor even claimed LabCorp doesn't offer it. But when I got home and did a quick online search, I found that both LabCorp and Wilmington Health offer the testing I needed. So while everyone was polite, I was misinformed, my time was wasted, and I was left feeling like this was more of a billing opportunity than actual patient care. Very disappointing.

My wife and I decided to have allergy testing done to see if we were allergic to anything. My wife…read morehad the first appointment for the testing to be done but was sent home and rescheduled after being told that she must temporarily stop a certain medication she was taking before the test could be administered. At the second appointment for the testing, she was told that she had severe reactions to multiple allergens. They gave her Benadryl to ease the reactions on her back. Before leaving the office, she asked for a copy of the test results so we could see specifically what she was allergic to. She was told that that information had to be put into the computer first and that she could request a copy of it later. At that same appointment, the doctor suggested that she go on a regular weekly regimen of shots to control her allergies and also prescribed an inhaler to help with her bronchial coughing. Multiple attempts in the coming weeks were made to request a list of what she was allergic to. No such list was ever provided and we were starting to feel like we were getting the run around from them. It was at this point that we started getting suspicious. It shouldn't be so hard to provide a simple list of what exactly she was allergic to.....unless she wasn't really allergic to anything. Now listen to this part. In the meantime, my wife scheduled another allergy test and a different allergy center. When testing was done at the other location about 4 months later, it was determined that she wasn't allergic to anything. Yes, that's correct, zero, zip, nada. Weird right? So 40 some pricks on your back by two different doctors yielded such different results? Logic would assume these tests are fairly standard as to what they test for. At the second allergy clinic, they immediately, per her request, printed out a detailed, easy to read list of everything they tested for with the negative results for each. Later attempts to get a copy of her medical records were met with some stalling and paperwork resistance on their part, which seemed even more fishy. After finally obtaining the records, the test results were in such a format that you still could not determine what exactly she was allergic to. When asked about this, we were told that this would require another office visit with the doctor to explain the results. Needless to say, we did not return to this doctor for further visits. I am not going to assume or suggest here online what we believe is going on here but I think you can make your own conclusion based on this review. My wife filed a complaint with the medical board. Additionally, another friend of my wife, went to this doctor with a negative fishy experience as well. She too has since filed a report with the medical board. Patients beware.
