I will say I have had no issues with the staff and they've all been very kind even doctor Denny as well no issues as far as hospitality. In fact, I loved everyone there. As far as the appointments, though, something was off and a little fishy. He had said one tooth had too many fillings and it needed a veneer so I did that and it was a huge amount of money. I think it was around $800. After that I had problems with the tooth and he said it could've been a hairline fracture or it could need a cap and he was ready to schedule an appointment for that. Not only that is he pointed out that I had about three teeth with cavities in it. I also asked him to shave down my teeth and some areas from some bad fillings. I had gotten previously from a different dentist and he never did that for me. I decided to go to Kendall Rhodes associates. They didn't find any of the cavities. There was nothing wrong with the tooth that he wanted to fix a hairline fracture for. Not only that is on a very first appointment the dentist smooth out my fillings without me having to ask, she knows it and said how terrible and just went into it. I'm blown away. I want to believe that this is a good dentist and that money isn't a contributing factor to the decisions he made on my teeth. But I'm having a really hard time justifying all the money that I've spent. I'm very thankful I went to another dentist where I feel like they aren't just trying to milk my money.

I've never had an issue with the admin side; that always seems adequate. The facility and cleanliness are good. Overall I give 3 stars for the care relative to price. Would have been 4 stars 10 years ago. If you can afford somewhere better where you see the same practitioners year after year, go for it.

My son finally got his braces off. Three years after getting them on and a whole year delayed. There were numerous problems and mistakes made. Some by my son for not following protocol 100% but mostly the assistants putting brackets on incorrectly, wires not being cut short enough cutting into his cheek, and going months before the next visit before figuring out that bands were not in the right place. Not to mention that when my son had emergencies it was a challenge to get an appointment. Maybe they double or triple book in order to close the office on Fridays. Sometimes waiting over a week before they could get him in. My son was so happy to get his braces off only to be greatly disappointed with the work. His teeth are straight. However, now he has a noticeable flare in his upper teeth which he did not have before. I was unhappy with the service of mainly the orthodontic assistants and inability to get appointments easily from the get go and had tried to switch him to another orthodontist early on in the treatment but was unable to do so. The new orthodontist did not want to do any work on someone who already started treatment Needless to say, I did not send my second child to this office. She instead went to Dr. Thatcher almost 2 years after my son started his treatment. She finished her orthodontic treatment before my son, granted, her case was much easier, with fantastic results constantly receiving compliments from everyone on her beautiful teeth. We plan to consult with Dr. Thatcher to see if she can correct my son's flared upper teeth. It's disappointing to have to now spend money and time on two orthodontic treatment rounds.
