After 5.5 hours and $350 + tip, my gray hairs in the front were still completely visible--the main reason I came in. When I brought it up, I was told I should have specifically asked for gray coverage, which should be part of a basic consultation or at minimum asking the client if this is something they want. I also had uneven, patchy highlights. I returned the next day for a fix, requested a different stylist, and was denied. They said the same person could fix it all they needed to do was tone it down a bit, and cover the greys The "correction" resulted in my hair being taken darker overall, with the highlights essentially gone. I paid for highlights and left with dark hair. They told me eventually it should lighten down but I'm not seeing any improvement it's still really dark. To make matters worse I also left with visible dye on my forehead something I wouldn't expect after paying this price at a salon. Very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend I honestly wanted to cry. I really would have expected a partial refund or a proper correction by a more experienced stylist.

My last visit just this past week - I asked for a more layered cut (pictured) and it came out like a one length bob. If I ask a second opinion or additional advice, they get offended. Not to mention they say comments in a very offensive way like "why are you like this" or "when did you become so picky"? And then she speaks to her teammembers in Persian or Farsi or whatever language other than so I don't understand, but I DO understand body language, and it's rude. I used to get my color done as well, and it would just run when I washed my hair 2 days later. Just really not the quality.

I have curly hair which can be difficult to find the right stylist for, so I was really looking forward to this appointment especially since my previous stylist recently moved out of the country and my hair was in desperate need of a trim. On the morning of my appointment I texted Jacqueline to let her know I was on my way. There was no response which I did not think much of. When I arrived and texted again to say I was finding the suite, she finally replied that she had to cancel due to personal problems. While I completely understand that life happens, I was already thirty minutes away from home and it was disappointing to find out only after I had arrived. A quick message beforehand would have saved me the drive and gas. I responded kindly, wished her well, and said I would be happy to reschedule but never heard back. I even followed up again the next day, October 21, and still received no reply. I truly wanted to love my experience and was excited to become a new client, but the lack of communication and professionalism left me really disappointed. I hope this was just an isolated situation, but unfortunately it did not leave a good first impression.
