There are many things wrong with this place. 1) It's freezing. 2) They have kids running around, yelling, making all kinds of noise and messes. There is nothing relaxing about that. 3) They don't sanitize their tools and reuse files. 4) They wouldn't stop giving my husband the side eye and OBVIOUSLY talking about him as he was getting his nails done. Went here for the first time today for a French tip shellac manicure. The woman did a great job, very meticulous about my cuticles, which I appreciate. They turned out great and I am completely happy with them :) the price was good too! I will definitely consider this place again the next time I'm looking to get my nails done. If I had one suggestion to the company, it would be to make it very clear that the tools you are using are indeed sterilized. read more

What I asked for was not what I got. They were no help trying to help find the color I wanted. Couldn't tell me if the matte top coat would darken the polish. I showed many pictures of the color and shape I was wanted. She got frustrated because she shaped them different and I said that's isn't what I wanted. Showing the picture again. Finally just let her do whatever and paid just so we could leave. I will post pictures of what I wanted and what I got. I was a regular with the previous owner. First of all, I'd like to say that I didn't get to meet Kathy so I can't say anything about the owner. But I did meet plenty of others during my time there, and I can tell you this I am NOT going back. And I told them that too! I hope they tell Kathy that they have lost my service... I brought my husband there for the first time as he is just getting into performing drag and wanted his hands to look nice for the set. When asking for an appointment, the lady assumed I was making it for myself which just embarrassed my husband! I was worried that he would lash out because he has had problems with his temper, and I didn't want another lawsuit so I pulled him outside and told him I would handle it. I told the lady that it was very rude and presumptuous of her to assume my nails were getting done, especially when I JUST got them done last week! Anyway we booked the appointment for him and waited a whole whopping 20 minutes just to get seated. Something to note my husband has HUGE hands so they are not easy to handle. This lady seemed to have never held such a large hand because she was struggling with the nail file. Must have been her first day? I'm not even qualified and I can do a better job. Then they started talking about us in another language (I could tell because my son was station in Japan and he taught me some words). SO. RUDE. We paid and left and are NEVER coming back. read more

I usually don't do negative reviews, because I am a pretty forgiving person, and I realize nobody is perfect. But this place has it coming. This place used to be called Tammy Nails, owned by a wonderful lady whom my family and I got to know really well. It was always fun to go there, with four generations; my mom, myself, my daughter and my granddaughter. None of us will return. Here's what you need to know, starting with the nastiest; The new owner did not sterilize her equipment between customers, and used the same Emory board on two different people! Yuck! She even reused the hand towel. The place is extremely cold, to the point where you shiver. Its also really messy. The cost of a fill used to be 15.00, now it's 25.00. Three of the nails were messed up, and she refused to repair them. Also, she kept pushing more services in an attempt to upsell. Yes, this is part of retail, but saying no once ought to be enough. So to recap, unsanitary, messy, poor quality, poor customer service, and embarrassingly overpriced. read more

I'm new to Everett,12 days new to be exact! And this place is right down the st. From me which is the 1st reason I decided to stop by. The word organic made me curious & their prices are good so why not? I walked into a very clean & aromatic shop. Unfortunately I also had to witness a walk out of a customer who was already there. But as I chatted with Shau ( spelling is ?) & surrendered to her hands I really warmed up to the place. My experience was awesome. I asked for a regular pedicure & I couldn't be more satisfied. She took her time(which many places don't honor anymore) & even gave me a hot stone treatment! (Idk if that's regularly included) I also received a fill which consisted of very light filing & a thin coat of acrylic which I do prefer. She was very polite & insisted I tell her if I was displeased by any of her techniques. She suggested the gel polish but I explained why I prefer regular top coat & they were not pushy or insisted which I appreciate so much! Anyway long story short I can't wait for my next fill & pedi!
