I went in with high hopes and opted to treat myself with the milk and honey pedicure. Pedicure was fine but barely noticed massage. To pay 75 dollars and get a barely felt leg massage and no foot massage is crazy. Will not be back. read more

I usually don't write negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. My group received two acrylic full sets and a manicure with polish. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. Our nails began lifting in less than a week, and one of my nails completely came off after just seven days. My mom's manicure polish chipped just two days after it was applied. Despite scheduling our appointment hours in advance, we waited at least 30 minutes before we were helped. Another group of two, who arrived halfway through our visit for full sets, were helped and finished before anyone even started helping us again. To make matters worse, my friend was left with unshaped, unfinished nails for the entire time. I requested an ombre design, but the result was poorly blended. They used a powder that seemed like a cheap shortcut, resulting in a subpar ombre effect. We paid far too much for the poor quality of work and the long wait. In total, we spent over $200. My mom's manicure, which wasn't even the right color, cost around $50 or more, yet we overheard them telling another customer on the phone that it should've been $35. I went to T Nail Lounge for a polish change on my acrylic nails. That is all. I didn't want any other service or work done. I did have clear gel polish on my nails at the time and was looking to have that removed and a new coat of clear gel polish applied. They did what I asked sanding off the old topcoat and applying a new one - one single layer of clear gel polish. I was in store approx. 12/14 minutes for this service. I was charged $30! I couldn't believe what I was hearing and actually asked if she was serious. She mumbled under her breath about a lot of sanding etc. I was in such shock I didn't know what to do so I just paid the bill and left. On top of my own experience, I witnessed them turning away the customer in front of me when I walked in. Mind you they were not busy and the customer was not turned away because of that. I was confused about why they turned her away until I learned about 5 minutes into my service that they wanted to close early. It was only 5:25 and their business hours are listed until 7:00. This explains why when I called for my appointment earlier in the day, they gave me such a hard time about wanting to have an appointment at 5:30. How do you run a business like this? I guess by seriously over charging the customers you do get. While my actual service was fine, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place on business practice alone. If you do decide to have a service done here, get pricing ahead of time. I would have NEVER agreed to pay $30 for a single coat of clear gel polish. read more

I was looking online for a nail salon available to provide a pedicure for my friend and me. I called here and was offered an appt for 2 people. When I got inside, I was welcomed kindly and sat in one of the pedicure chairs. Dude, like this massage chair is one of the best I've ever sat in!!! Wow it hits those good spots on your back and isn't like a tease like other massage chairs. I was spoiling myself because I never get pedicures so I went with their TOE TALLY Pampered Pedicure with gel polish. They even offer a CBD pedicure. I will have to try that next time! Mei was my lovely tech that did my pedicure. She Toe-tally pampered my feet! Haha had to throw that pun in there! This was welllllll worth the visit! They even have an ATM inside that charges only 25 cents to use to help them maintain lower prices because debit/credit charges ya know! So please support that! Oh and the water spa experience has a volcano bubbly thing too! So cool! Loved it every second of the way! My toes were looking like tombstones in my shoes, and these little cemetery of toes came back to life as beautiful as ever because of Mei! I shall return! read more

We just moved here from out of state, and I needed to find a new nail place. I was told T nails was a great place. I went there today, and Tia did my nails. I always get a dip powder manicure. I showed her the photo I was looking at, and she did an excellent job. The salon was clean and everybody was very nice. I will be going back. read more
