Tina was the person who did my pedicure. She was easy talking speaking clearly in English. My feet felt brand new after her service.

So expensive and no quality to back up the outrageous price. By far the worst and most painful pedicure I've ever had. They made both feet bleed, completely missed a toe and polish was a mess on both feet. The girl put my socks on so I didn't see the mess and blood that cost me $90!!!. I had my nails done and they charged $15 extra for my cuticles but didn't mention it until the end. Straight simple fill was $110. No, design and this was the most basic fill. This place makes up prices! I asked for short almond-shaped nails, but the nail tech gave me pointy ones instead. When I said something about it she had an attitude instead of fixing it. At checkout, they suddenly claimed I had "long nails" and said the tech took a long time, so they charged me $70! without telling me any of this ahead of time. When I questioned the price, they just said "we're running a business." On top of that, the staff openly talk about customers in their language the moment someone speaks up about an issue. My friend and I went to Boss Nails today and I called ahead and they were available. She got someone new and I got the male who was there, I didn't get his name. We sat in the chair for at least 15 minutes watching everyone working and not coming to us. We both gave photos to look at and she wanted just pink french tips, and the lady she had was having a hard time with the shape of the french tips. None of her nails were the same shape and her thumbs were really bad. She has asked for a Square shape and this is what she got! The guy pretty much rushed through my service and had a hard time coping the design from the photo I gave him and he Drilled off my cuticles and stuck nail polish in it so when it was in the lamp it stung. I came in 30 mins before closing for a pedicure. I asked if they had time and if not I could come back tomorrow and he said they had time and I asked how long and he said less than 20 minutes I sat in the chair with my feet soaking for 30 minutes. That was before even starting my pedicure. I genuinely believe honesty is the best policy and I really don't mind coming back the next day to ensure pedicular is done in a timely matter as well as not keeping those employees later than they need to stay. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. The first time I went here, my nails didn't even last a week, unfortunately and was very overpriced. But I thought I'd give them another try. What a nice nail salon. Probably the nicest chairs of any salon I've ever visited. I was offered wine or a beer or water and I had water. I saw Hannah for a pedicure and it was AWESOME! My friend and I came in and requested very simple designs- my friend said that her shape wasn't very good and it looked uneven- she also thought the simple heart design could have been a bit cleaner. My nails are shaped very beautifully, but unfortunately the design wasn't very good.. I wound up asking to just remove it all together and decided to go with the base color.. The nail tech did not remove all of the black from the design and there is still black under my nails and on the sides and I can't get it off. She also got nail polish on my skin and I also can't get that off either.. I've never had this kind of experience here before. Also the nail techs were jumping from person to person and would randomly just get up and start working on someone else while in the middle of working on me or my friend.. And they didn't even bother to wash their hands or wear gloves. It's unfortunate that my friend and I had this experience, and I'm sad to say I really don't think I want to come back.. The service was very unprofessional and the quality I expected was not the quality either my friend or I received.. We were also in there for hours. I'm really bummed to be writting this review as I've loved this place and hoped it would be my new go to nail spot. I've had at least 6 pedicures since they opened and my first couple times were great. Fast forward to June and I ended up with the worst toe infection 1 day after getting a pedicure. My toe turned purple and I came into the shop to show the manager because I was worried about it. I was told that they could only give me a small portion as a refund since " the rest of my feet were fine and only 1 toe was infected". I was then told that they were gonna have to talk to the technician who worked on me and that they would get back to me, but after 2 weeks I never heard about from them. I ultimately decided to give them another try and went back two more times with no issues. Fast forward to yesterday, I went and had anther pedicure where they played doctor and removed too much of my nail- and now my toe is infected again!!!! I will not go back!!! I'm honestly debating calling the health dept to report them because I feel like they're lacking in sterilizing their equipment. read more

Absolutely horrible waited over an hour for my appointment and they didn't even do half the things I paid for. The tech kept coming and going. The water was completely cold. It was just one thing after the next then I said I'll just be done. I don't need to finish because they hadn't done the massage or anything and she said she needed to go do somebody's brows. Typically my favorite place to go is not. While getting a pedicure the woman were talking nonstop which seemed like gossip because they kept looking around at other workers. Because my tech was busy chatting my massage sucked. When the girl started to pull my ingrown toenail I told her it hurt and she kept pulling. Then when I got my nails done by my favorite tech the owner, she seemed super stressed out, annoyed and I tried to make polite conversation with her to chill her out but it didn't seem to help. Im the one who is there to be pampered and I spent a lot of money and time. While my nails are mostly good, left pointer finger slightly crooked and my big toe is INFECTED. Absolutely the worst place ever! They stuff people in like cattle. I sat for 25 min with feet in cold water. My chair malfunctioned and it was squeezing my shoulders so tight I couldn't move and the back massager stopped so I had a huge ball frozen in my back but the butt massager was pounding away( seriously) I asked to be moved but the lady said let me finish..she unplugged it but it did nothing, 3 times she did that. I kept asking to be moved. She rushed to paint nails. I finely said I will let toes dry in lobby which was disgusting, chairs were stained and gross! I went to pay and asked for a discount and the owner freaked out and started yelling at me, saying her chairs were 10,000 a piece and I was a liar, then her husband came up and told me not there problem, call chair company. 1.The woman who did my nails repeatedly drilled too deep into my nail beds. It'll take months to correct my nail beds if they aren't permanently damaged. It hurt and my fingernails were overheating. I stated this more than once. 2. My best friend who is a nurse hardly has anytime off, I asked her to join me. Her nail tech was so mean and straight up rude. Told her, her fairly simple ideas weren't manageable and also ugly. i've been to this place a few times before at their other location. I had my nails done a specific way by Sandy. She did a beautiful job. today I went in to get a fill and of course they talk me into shellac. so I was going to have just the bottom part of my nail painted with my French tip showing. well the girl couldn't figure it out so I tried to call Sandy over and she said no I'm busy. then after Lisa asked her she became very argumentative said no take too much time. We don't do that and told me to go home and do it myself. very unprofessional so I went across the parking lot to H&M got them painted the way I wanted in 15 minutes. mind you this was shellac painting, and it came out beautiful. like I said sandy did a good job on my nails before in the past, and when I tried to remind Sandy of how she did it before she's like I don't remember. I tried to tell her that the picture of my hands was on her website. No no I don't know what you talk about, I don't remember. all I'm saying is go there with caution. read more

I'm so disappointed in my trip today. I saw wonderful pictures of designs you guys have done on fb. All I wanted was French tip with a flower or heart design (as pictured) and I asked if they could do that before they even started (some places don't mix gel with dip) and they were confident they could. I also specified for someone good with designs when I made my appointment over the phone. Long story short, I wasn't happy with the application as the dip looked very splotchy. And when she tried to do the flower design.. it looked like a toddler did it. So I asked if she could do the heart instead.. she said she doesn't do hearts. I am so upset because I just wanted the nails like the picture for my birthday tomorrow and now I paid good money for nails that don't look like what I went in for.
