This tacked on at least $100 in additional fees, coming out to ~$400. My hair came out stripey and uneven. I did a keratin treatment, and because I have a thick long strong Asian hair, so it usually takes more time to do treatment. Renee is so good at treating Asian hair and I was surprised that she has lots of experience with Asian hair before. My hair comes out smooth, shiny, silky and much lighter than before. Besides, The product I used which is called 'Brazilian blowout' is the best I have used ever, it doesn't have any punchy smell. I had the most bizarre and insulting customer service experience at Floyd's 99 in Woburn. I came to…read moremy appointment on time, and when I was taken to my seat the stylist said she had to cancel the appointment. Intentionally having me come in to tell me the appointment is canceled when they could have called me is blatantly disrespectful and bad business practice. I had made the appointment two days before and was sent a confirmation email and text, which I replied yes to and confirmed a day beforehand. To add insult to injury, when the stylist was asked why she didn't call me to cancel, she claimed she wanted to be respectful and tell me in person! Take your business elsewhere. Reply to business manager: The appointment could have been cancelled beforehand, and there were ample opportunities to do so, including when I checked in at the frontdesk. I was told that it was "more respectful to tell me in person". Why disrespect my time and make me come in, wait 10 minutes, and then sit me in the barber chair to tell me that my appointment is cancelled? It's simply bad business practice.
