I brought him here (cannon dr.) because it's very close to my job and had relatively reasonable prices. I came to say hi on my break because it was his first time and I wanted to check in (don't judge he's my baby) when I came in to see him he was bleeding from his legs and paws, split a dewclaw in half and was covered in drool (one of his stress responses) the staff then told me he was moved to the other building because he climbed on top of the crate he was in. he filed down all his nails trying to get out of the crate/kennel they had him in. he was brought outside on a leash only. he was not able to free roam or play with other dogs. I guess doggy daycares here are different from where I am from because for me a doggy daycare is a place dogs can run around and not be in a cage all day. hence why I brought him there. I will never be bringing him back and I hope to find a place that will actually take care of him while I'm at work and not lock him in a crate. if you're comfortable with paying for your dog to be locked up all day, don't hesitate to bring them here but if you're looking for a place for your dog to run around and have fun with other dogs this is not the place. The staff was very friendly and sent 3 pictures of him while I was working. they were all very kind. I'm just confused on what their job is if they aren't watching the dogs in their care. this was all easily preventable.

When I tell you my mom told me about this place and I couldn't have imagine the specialized treatment they give your pet. When I tell you my pets went in scared and afraid and came out with pep in their step and looking Sassy. I couldn't believe the difference. They made my babies look BEAUTIFUL. It took me an about 7 months to get on schedule with ZenDog Mobile grooming. Definitely worth the wait!!! We no longer have to carry Izzi to the groomer, drop her off and return later to pick her up. ZenDog eliminates all the wasted time and energy trips back and forth to the groomer. They're very competitively priced and Wendy does an amazing job with Izzi. We've been loyal customers of ZenDog for years! They offer door to door service like no other. If you compare ZenDog Mobile Grooming to other local groomers it's apples to oranges. All of them in Clarksville stated that they couldn't do it; due to needing the dog to be able to stand on it's own in some brace/contraption. This groomer never said it was an issue and never made it seem it would be issue with her being in a diaper. They take care of her, even with her anxiety issues, and she's in a fresh diaper when we pick her up. She looks like a brand new pup every single time with bows/bandannas in her hair.

We are just like every other doggie parent and hate to leave our fur babies when we vacation. However, we do not feel that way when leaving them at Kathy's. The staff is so good to our babies. They are senior dogs and have some special needs. We have never ran into an issues while trusting them with our dogs. We even get updates with pictures!!

After just our consultation with them, Lucy was 100% better on the leash and now she loose leash walks everywhere. I also really appreciated that they customized the training for us and for our dog. Lucy has a lot of idiosyncrasies and her behavior didn't always make sense, but Lauren and Jim worked with us to find something that worked specifically for our dog and our situation. Not only were they great at helping us figure out what worked for our dog, but they were honestly just a great time to be around. Training with an energetic dog can be frustrating but they were always extremely helpful and just fun to be around. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of dog training services!

I have taken my dogs to the Pet Palace on Trough Springs Rd for the past two years and did not have…read moreany problems. The past two grooming appointments my dog has come home limping. The first time I thought maybe it happened at home right before I took him and I didn't notice it. Yesterday I took him for his groom appt, I know for a fact he was fine, walking great. When I picked him up, he was limping and still is today! He is getting better and he isn't crying out in pain so I do not believe it is a serious injury, but he should not be limping at all. Not sure how a haircut can hurt a dog enough to limp. Needless to say, they have lost the business of my two dogs and my MIL's dog. I never make a negative review, but people need to be aware before taking their fur babies to Pet Palace.
