She had an appointment come in one hour after mine and we were done a few minutes later. In my experience with other salons that take their time, it takes at least 90 minutes to do a good job. So disappointed and she wanted $100 for a two week fill!

When I went for this last time I let her know it was frustrating that she keeps mentioning my eye. When the service was over I noticed toward the inner eye area.. the right eye had missing lashes. I told her and she said no no it's fine they are there. I had already given her my card to charge when I noticed it. As soon as my sister sat down, the nail technician turned on the water for me and it was extremely hot. The staff member assisting her didn't seem to have good customer service and barely spoke to my sister--she just jingled the nail color samples in front of her without saying anything. When my technician, Lisa, came over, I immediately told her I wanted a classic pedicure, and she responded "okay, classic." During the service, the leg massage was very rough and uncomfortable rather than relaxing.
