I am so happy I did for the first time. I was in perfect harmony and cannot wait till the next time I have the opportunity to come back. It was the perfect way to spend our day off on Juneteenth. I used vagaro, the online appointment scheduling platform for Harmony on Hope Massage, to book The Perfect Pair - Couples Massage for 60 Minutes for $240 with Matt Kenny and Nikki Seidman. The system was easy to use and there were plenty of availabilities so you can choose what date, time, and therapists works best for you. Just make sure to allocate enough time to answer questions related to your medical history and any specific areas you want the therapists to work on. Since making the appointment date to our appointment date, we received multiple appointment reminders via text and email. Our appointment was at 10:30 AM on Wed, June 19, 2024. We parked on the side street, but it looks like there is a small parking lot next to the building. We arrived to Harmony on Hope Massage around 10:20 AM and was greeted by Shannon, founder of Harmony on Hope Massage. She made sure all our forms were completed, informed the therapists we arrived for our appointment, and told us where the restroom was. In the waiting room, there was filtered water, mini zen garden, and the wall behind Shannon was decorated with handmade wood frames with crystals, feathers, and branches. Matt and Nikki came to greet us in the waiting room and welcomed us to a room with two massage tables side by side and two chairs with a table in the middle. We discussed what we wanted the therapists to work on, if we wanted the heat on the table, what to take off or leave on, what position to lie in on the table, complimentary hot stones if wanted, aromatherapy, pressure strength, and so much more. After our meeting, they left and we undressed and got on the massage table. We put our clothes on the hangers, rings in the ring dish, and a basket underneath the table. Soft music played in the room. After the massage was finished, the therapists left and we got dressed. The therapists met us and asked how we felt. My massage therapist felt I was tense in between my shoulder blades and released the tension. My back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders felt so relaxed, physically and mentally. This was probably the best full-body massage I've ever gotten. My favorite part was when my shoulders, scalp, and hips were being massaged. I also enjoyed the hot towels. Only the area being worked on was exposed from the sheets. From the check-in to check-out, the whole experience was marvelous. All the staff are very professional. Shannon charged us for the visit and we were able to Venmo our tips for the message therapists. Our therapists Venmo QR code was in a ring holder. I can't stop talking about this massage experience and looking forward to the next one.

The bathroom even had affirmations everywhere and was super clean! I mean so clean that I was walking around in my socks and then walking around barefoot which I don't do! I've never done aerial yoga before so I signed up for an intro class with David! He was great! The way he explained everything was very to the point and easy to understand. He so eloquently showed us the moves and then spotted us as we needed. I was terrified at first and then I learned to trust my body and by the time I knew it I was doing things in the air and upside down and I was so proud and felt impressed. I did indeed connect with my body on a level I never knew. I loved it so much I then did the beginner class with Lisa and then the all levels with David again. Lisa was sweet but I like David's teaching style better, but I liked them both, but will stick with David. I am indeed going to buy the 10 class package because I loved it so much and I indeed need aerial yoga in my life more frequently. I love this place I really do and I am so happy I didn't just ignore this place from reading previous reviews. Everyone has their own experiences and mine was pleasant all 3 times! They were friendly and attentive, asking us whether we preferred a "hard or medium massage." We both opted for "firm," and in hindsight, that choice was great for our feet. The foot massage itself was nothing short of therapeutic. They worked the pressure points with precision, sometimes pushing so deeply it verged on painful -- but in the best way possible. The masseur was so intense it was actually hurting me. He did not check in once to ask if the pressure was okay I was jumping around the table because the pressure was so hard. He was dry rubbing me it was not relaxing at all. At one point he left the door open while people were in the parlor and I was in my underwear I had to look up so he would shut the door. Also, I never got my foot massage. I still tipped over 20 % but i probably wouldn't return unless a manager reached out and offered me another massage with a different masseur. Also, the people waiting were so loud and no one asked them to lower the voices. They literally were talking the whole time loudly until they man and woman went into their appointment and then were quiet. It was just over all bad experience.
