We booked with Norma based on available time and proximity to our hotel. I am ever so glad we picked her. We showed up at a townhouse, super cute, but I thought for sure I had the wrong place. We entered a space that was clean and calming. Norma's demeanor was professional, welcoming, and very soothing. My mother explained we were trying to do a mother-daughter day. Norma smiled and said it would be her pleasure to care for us both. We had side-by-side rooms. After a quick assessment, she recommended receiving the Signature Facial for both of us. She juggled us both without showing a sense of being juggled. I felt very calm and cared for but most importantly, I felt that Norma was taking the most excellent care of my Mother. This facial was the second one in my life and I am in awe of the difference it has truly made to my skin. It is quite obvious that she is very knowledgeable about skin and its care and that she is passionate about educating others about a continued skin care regimen. Other reviewers have said they felt like they have known Norma their entire life, and it is true; she welcomes you, cares for you, and advises you about skincare like a dear friend. Why not just get the combo then? $55 was not worth it for the express. Something you can do at home. Was couple soaps on your face and a hot towel and a face mask. And that's it. The sign made the express facial limited only outside sign made it seem so special but it's standard facial they have on their menu. Was very disappointed and won't be coming back. I understand costs have gone up. But if you're only going to do the bare minimum then charge accordingly.

It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

However the ingrowns nightmare came for me soon after despite me doing what I always do to prevent it, and years later I'm still embarrassed by the scars it left.

Prior to seeing Ify, my mom had been diagnosed with a condition that had made it almost impossible for her to do daily things like taking showers, picking up something from the floor, etc without excruciating pain. In her dr defense, they never bothered to run tests to see if her body was defiant in key nutrients. For the past six years, every single dr she saw would do the same thing - take out their little legal pad and prescribe a "cure" that only brought with it terrible side effects. Two IV treatments in and my mom is now able to pick things up from the floor, put on her socks and shoes, walk around without pain.
