Allison's website alone is impressive giving her credentials plus all the services she offers for most any animal and its living situation. She can customize her visits to anyone's situation and her rates are competitive. Allison is so thorough in the questions that she asks (things I would never think to tell someone about my animals or home) during the initial consultation. I absolutely love the report card notes she leaves behind regarding each visit she makes! They were especially helpful in the beginning as my dog went through a few weeks of minor separation anxiety. Allison kept me up to date on his behavior so we could adjust his environment to help him acclimate to his new home quicker. They are always personalized showing she truly loves what she does and that she loves my dog as much as I do! I would recommend her to anyone that has a pet sitting need. She has thought of absolutely everything. I trust her to be in my home and around my animals. She's never disappointed and I'm so glad I found her business. Joyce did a fantastic job! The pets were well cared for- we received an update and photos with every visit. Communication was clear. We have only recently needed care for our pets (in the past we always had family members stay) so this was a scary step for us. It's really hard to enjoy a vacation or time away when you're worried about your pets at home. I searched Next Door for options and read about several unfortunate pet sitting situations and then remembered a friend using Furry Godmother several years ago and I was very glad they are still around. She rang the doorbell multiple times while I was on a client call - I had explained in the email that I was not available till after 5 PM. After walking at the sitter through my home and explaining how to take care of my cats, I provided her my passcode to the garage and the passcode to my security system and she accepted a key to my home. The sitter accepted a gift from me upon leaving and stated she would be the permanent sitter to care for my pets if I were to use the service again. She said she would "be sure to give them love." The next day I get an email from the owner stating that the sitter felt "uncomfortable" with watching my pets and not only was she refusing service but the company would not be finding a replacement. I was not given any specifics. I live in downtown Carmel in a good area, by myself. Nothing about my home or neighborhood is threatening. This email came after the sitter accepted a gift and asked me for all my home passcodes. I feel like I'm being discriminated against by this company and or they've taken my information and then some thing with it! Either way I'm THE ONE now feeling extremely uncomfortable and uneasy with the experience of Fetch Pet Care! Also to note, I used the service in 2019 and the sitter gave one of my cats the WRONG food to a cat with a Heath condition. I chose to overlook this and continue with booking services but obviously that should've been my initial red flag to look elsewhere. Before writing this review the owner did not return my emails or calls with my concerns. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for discriminatory treatment. I've asked for the gift and my key back. In the initial email owner states Phyllis stated that my key is in the mail?! In no way should my home key be in the mail! This means it's open to being tampered with now I feel like I have to change my locks! STEER CLEAR of this company - they're incredibly unsafe, unprofessionally ran, dishonest, will treat your key without safekeeping. Your home is your safe pace and they will disrespect and violated that! I also feel that I'm being discriminated against either for my race, gender, who knows!

My Mother has a 9 year old DLH cat that needed grooming, so was tasked with getting this done. I called around Lafayette and spoke with several facilities (I wrote a harsh review on one of these due to the nasty things the "certified professional groomer" said about other local facilities) regarding setting up an appointment for Spider. The CS at Pittsburgh was helpful, but you do need to begin this process by pulling up their website and filling out their new client form. I booked an appointment a week out. The timing was good for the area. Like most good groomers, they are booked out. On the appointed day, we met with Chloe, our groomer, who was very kind and attentive to my ramblings about an old, "not so friendly cat" and this being Spider's first grooming appointment. Even with an appointment, drop off times are "open", meaning "any time between 7-11a" so I assume pick ups are varied too. We dropped off at 8a and were told she would be done by noon. I needed to get out of town by noon so I called at 11a to see how it was going and was told Spider was ready to go home. Done early. Sweet! We picked her up shortly there after. We again got to meet with our groomer, Chloe, which was a nice "follow up" service. Grooming was reasonably priced at $68 for a bath, brush out, knots cut out and nails trimmed. Spider looked amazing! Please remember to tip your groomer. I am sure Chloe was not paid enough for wrestling with this old obnoxious cat that my Mother so dearly loves.
