Dr. Jonah: I've been to 4 chiropractors prior to Dr. J. He is by far the best ever. He is amazing at his job. He cares about the whole wellbeing of you as a person. Not only is he EXCELLENT at doing body adjustments, but he also educates you on wellness. At first I have to say, I was a little skeptical about the process of the way the visits are set up. But in the end, you will leave educated AND well adjusted. Another thing that surprises me about Dr. J is that he really gets to know all of his patients. It appears as well that he sees a LOT of people. He remembers our family even after just a few visits, he will remember us by name, what our interests are (baseball, teacher, firefighter) AND he even remembered my youngest son's name who isn't even a patient. (Maybe it was bc I was scolding him so that makes him 'memorable'). The first time I had gotten adjusted it think it'd been maybe 5 years since my last adjustment at a previous dr., I left literally feeling 10 years younger! I was beyond shocked. In all my years doing chiropractic care, never had I felt such a dramatic change so quickly. Dr. J is so positive and encouraging. He is a great listener. He is great with kids as well and has an infectious energy about him. The office staff is very helpful and friendly as well. They welcome you as soon as you arrive and are very professional. They greet you as you leave. The office staff are very well trained and work like a well oiled machine. I also appreciate they know how to answer my questions in regards to insurance and billing. The space is inviting and clean. They have these massage beds that are so good. They offer two settings (hydro and roller). The hydro gives a more gentle massage and the roller is a more deep tissue massage. You have the option of putting a heating pad and tens pads to loosen the muscles more. The wait time is very minimal, it's easy to get appointments, and their hours are amazing for working professionals. Parking is ample as well. So besides the amazing friendly service, inviting atmosphere, relaxing beds, and best chiropractor ever, they also give back to the community. What a generous company to offer appreciation gifts to their patients. Today was their annual celebration day where they were doing free adjustments! We had maxed out our insurance benefits, so I was pleased when the office staff informed me of the free day! Oh heck yes I'm gonna sign up for that. I signed up myself, my husband and my son. We all came home feeling like we were walking on a cloud. Brought some poi donuts as a thank you to the staff. Every few months they also do give aways for referrals! Definitely recommend! I was on vacation and suddenly tweaked my back and was in pain. Luckily Turning point was able to accommodate me and take me in for treatment. They didn't take my insurance but I was ok with it considering I'm not from there and I needed help really bad because of my back. I left there feeling so much better and in less pain than I was prior. What I did like was this water massage therapy table they had me go on after and it was heaven! I also loved the fact that they asked me a bunch of questions to help pinpoint my pain and to understand my muscles and how to better help me with my treatment. I've been going to chiropractors for decades and can attest to the benefits of regular adjustments. I was shopping for a new chiropractor and tried this office. It was not a good fit for me. I did not like the heavy sales pitch. I did not like that my first appt didn't even include an adjustment (something they did not tell me until after their "office visit") yet they charged my insurance $220. I did not like that they made me watch a video (and told me I would watch another video at a future appt). I did not like that my "treatment plan" conveniently used up ALL of my allotted visits covered by insurance. After 2 visits my pain was gone. Yet they had me scheduled for 6-8 more visits. I never went back. There are a lot of chiropractors out there that can help with back pain without the heavy sales tactics. I feel that this office is more focused on sales than actual patient needs. I've never had a chiropractor that had a treatment plan going out months: they assess patient needs at each visit. I'm not saying you can't get relief from back pain at Turning Point, I'm just saying that you can get care elsewhere that is just as good without the sales tactics and long-term treatment plan (and having to watch ridiculous childish videos). read more

This is a long overdue review...I started seeing Dr. Jonah in early 2024 due to numbness on my right side. After my initial visits last year which went from multiple times per week to weekly, I am now on a maintenance schedule once/month. Numbness has not returned since, and I have better posture and am able to remain as active as I want. I have HMSA which covers a handful of visits a year. The cash price after that is very reasonable, and they have an awesome wellness rewards program where you can earn free visits. Love how Dr. Jonah also counsels me on diet, supplements and exercise because he knows chiropractic is complementary to a healthy lifestyle. That is a major green flag as nothing is a fix all on its own. The front desk staff is exceptional as well. Always greeting you with a smile and making you feel welcomed and valued. Scheduling is always a breeze, and there's plenty of parking too. Can't say enough good things about this place! read more

I initially came here because I could barely walk one day randomly. I had told them over the phone what my concerns were and getting an appointment was easy and convenient. My initial appointment they were very helpful in helping me understand where my problem areas would be and the importance of keeping, my spine aligned, Dr. Bryan is who I initially saw and he was by far my favorite chiropractor I have ever seen. He was very patient and when I told him my concerns such as having a fear of getting my neck cracked, he made sure he made me feel 100% comfortable. Initially for my treatment I was seeing them 2 to 3 times a week and then it went down to once a month for maintenance. My insurance covered most of my bill and I ended up paying about $30 for both therapy and adjustment. I will definitely be returning from time to time even though I moved I think the drive out there is worth it. read more
