If you decide to get them to do your floors, great, take into account that they can not speed up the process of the stain, meaning they can't help drying times OR how the concrete will take the stain. Trust in their words I was going to be very disappointed if the color I saw that morning was the color my floors were going to stay but I trusted in them and BETTER than I imagined. Even when there was a blemish they did not post blame only solutions and are getting it fixed. Will use them again when I do the rest of the house. I could go on and on but honestly that is the steak and i left out the sizzle. I will say again understand all concrete will react different to the stain even if the same room. THATS THE POINT. If you want stain ask for a sample and if possible get a test spot done in at least 3 places to get an idea. I only edit this because since getting the floors done others have told me horror stories about how the color did not match or the slab did this or that. In others words they considered it like a paint and not a chemical reaction. Only thing i can compare it to are the tattoo shows when they take into account the skin color, scaring etc. The artist will do what is asked but cant help how the skin will react. Project: Zoysia grass, flag stone pavers and trim placed around my rocks. ***Of note, prior to laying anything down he surfaced the ground and made sure drainage was up to par, which is Houston as we know is huge! Fast forward months: - grass is looking amazing -- thick, full, great color, filling in -- (aside from a few spots from my dog getting on it by accident) - flagstone is firm, solid and gravel in between is staying put after they sprayed sealer (well worth it) - drainage is amazing, no flooding, water runs appropriately Would happily do business with these gentleman any day of the week.
