The manager seemed to have no patience for this and started physically assaulting the customer - hiting him in the head, shoving him, etc. I don't know if the manager had friends there or security personnel, but the customer ended up being harassed and assaulted by several other people in the bar. They could have easily let him get his drink and possibly escorted him to another section where he could have been away from the scene or simply refunded his money and asked him to leave. Honestly, from the times I've visited the South, I've never encountered such a disgusting and disturbing interaction. Nor do I think I've ever witnessed something so vile and cruel at an establishment, especially when it was escalated by the staff.
