Consistently get orders wrong. The food is good however the tables are always dirty. More often than not I'm having to ask a waitress to clean a table off. Wait is long and they always run out of things. Won't tell you they're out of things until your food actually comes to the table. read more

Service was truly abysmal. Was ignored at the counter while the three cashiers carried on with their conversation and was then rudely and sharply greeted with "here or to go..." after one of the clearly annoyed cashiers dragged her feet to the counter. Following an abrasive ordering process, the woman half-heartedly failed to get one of my cards to run and, clearly annoyed, thrust in back in my face. Worst ordering experience of my life to date. There has been only one local non-chain restaurant that has maintained a presence in Oakwood Mall for ten years, and that's Katy's Pantry. There's a good reason for that, they offer some excellent sandwiches and wonderful cookies. Anybody on a diet, please close your eyes while reading this next part. The cookies are absolutely delicious, partly due to the unbelievable amount of butter used in them. You might as well mix two sticks of butter with a pinch of flour, bake it, mix a stick of butter with a cup of sugar, and use that for icing. I mean that in a very good way, but don't kid yourself into thinking that these cookies exist in the same world as healthy food. read more

My parents just moved to enid. I was visiting from Dallas and we needed a dessert for that night. I bopped into Katy's and got a whole coconut cream pie. Goooooooooood Gawd!! Best pie ever. Huge! I loved this place when it was at the mall. I would drive to the mall at work just to go in and get lunch! Their pantry bread is delicious on any of their sandwiches and I highly recommend that option. I usually get a turkey sandwich and sometimes the soup of the day, depending what soup it is. But the best part of Katy's Pantry is the baking. The cookies, the cakes, the turnovers. It is all lovely in presentation and delicious in your mouth. The prices are about that of normal bakeries and you can pay by the slice or the entire pie! I cannot say enough good things about their sugar cookies. They are hands down the best I have ever had...make sure to choose a blue dino! read more

This quaint little family friendly eatery is one of our favorites when we swing through our home town. While the sandwiches and soups are good, we really go for dessert. Whether it's Hello Dolly Bars, or Italian Creme cake, they do not disappoint, and sugar cookies cannot be beat! read more

Easily my favorite place to eat to Enid. Imagine a Panera run by a family of women, with better food and awesome desserts. I usually go for the quiche combo, but everything I've ever had there has been excellent. The desserts will blow your mind. Homemade cheesecake, brownies, pies -- you name it, they've got it. Great homemade food! Their new location on Willow is absolutely amazing and I am so happy that they have been so successful that they've been able to move from the mall into their very own place. Every time I have been there the place has been packed! There is limited seating so you may have to wait for a table or a booth. I have had their lasagna, amazing! The bigger dishes are made in the morning and reheated throughout the day, doesn't matter, its still just as amazing!! I've also had their garden salad, nothing really special about it, its about the same as any typical garden salad, but the dressings are all homemade, which is what sets it apart. The soups are wonderful! And the sandwiches also, amazing. The pantry bread is what really sets this place apart, it is their specialty bread, its got a nice sweet taste to it, very moist and great as a sandwich, on the side, or to take home as a whole loaf! They have a different specialty sandwich each day and most times its amazing. I have yet to be disappointed by this place, I will keep coming back for as long as I am in Enid! read more

We went to Katy's pantry Saturday, April 5 and ordered 3 sandwiches. A club, a turkey and Swiss and a peanut butter and jelly for our little one. There weren't many people in the restaurant and the ones who were there appeared to already have their food and there was one person ordering ahead of us. It seemed as though we arrived just in time because there was a line of about 10 people that trickled in behind us. We ordered, sat down and got our drinks. It was taking quite awhile and I noticed the guy who ordered after is received his panini before we even got our food. I looked at the ticket and noticed we had been sitting for 20 minutes waiting for sandwiches that weren't even hot! I saw a girl who was holding a peanut butter jar making a sandwich come into the dining room and clear a table (with her gloves on) and then go back to making the sandwich with the same gloves on that she just cleared a table and sorted the trash with. I realized now it had been 30 minutes and my son was starting to get hungry. That is when our food came out. The peanut butter and jelly was oozing out of the bread and the bread was cut at least an inch thick on each side. Why would you serve a child's peanut butter and jelly on bread so thick they can't eat it? My husband and I's sandwiches barely had meat on them. In conclusion, the service is slow and the food is overpriced. read more

Without a doubt my favorite restaurant for quality in Enid hands down. All the food is incredible. My favorite is the chicken tetrazzini. Comes with their homemade bread and a fabulous salad. Best desserts on the planet but #1 in my book in Enid. My only qualm probably would be it takes time to eat here so don't go if you are in a hurry. One order line only, sometimes 2 but the 2nd line seems to be reserved for pickup and drinks and refills. If it were mediocre I'd say don't bother but this is not mediocre and well worth the time.
