We were there on a weeknight with only one other couple in the place (at the height of summer). My immediate thought was that the ribs had been sitting in a warmer for way too long or the B team was on. Totally turned me off from ordering anything else. The ribs were not edible and were not taken home. They were not taken off the bill either. However I think that may have been more because we has an attentive but inexperienced waitress.
