I love toffee everything and could also save the cookie for later. Jorge was the Boûlan staff who helped me and he was very friendly and accommodating. He even asked if I wanted the cookie warmed up. I asked if they had Wi-Fi and he showed me the password by the cash register. As I was looking for a table, he brought over a cookie to me. Let me just say the cookie was a fat cookie! So soft, chewy and the combo of the toffee and peanut butter was damn good!!! Although I wish it had a bit more toffee so you get more of that crunchy caramelized flavor along with the peanut butter. Going to bring this cookie home to share with hubby, he loves a good cookie. Cute new bakery in town. Definitely come by and check out what they have to offer. They specialize in pastries, coffee, salads, sandwiches, focaccias, pizzas and main meals. They operate for all day breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, after hour bites. I found that TCS had great reviews and I was excited because I saw Vietnamese coffee on the menu -one of my favorites! I was so disappointed when I walked up to a ghost kitchen! The folks running this place have never had a proper Vietnamese coffee in their life if this is what they're ok with serving customers. The condensed milk wasn't mixed in and the espresso tasted like cardboard. Maybe their other coffee offerings are better but this completely missed the mark. I really don't like complaining but after receiving my cup of disappointment, I called to complain and the manager immediately refunded my card (without me asking) and asked if there was another drink he could make, which I politely declined. I'll give them another shot (no pun intended) and probably try to justify paying so much for their experimental blend. The barista, who seemed like the owner, was also incredibly sweet.
