I have passed by this place often and only stopped in once with a friend previously, where we ended up leaving because no waiter ever came. I tried it again today by myself - I just wanted a matcha latte before a yoga class that I was going to. I feel like because I was just ordering a coffee type drink, they weren't showing me attention. Never filled my water. When I asked for update on drink after several min, they just told me 5-10 more min. Not very helpful or fast. The kicker was the "service charge" - I had planned to tip less tbh but they just added what they wanted right to the bill. There's a lot of coffee places around here so I probably won't come back to try the food. I just felt like a bother to the staff the whole time I was there. If you don't want people to stop in for just a coffee, don't promote your coffee so heavily on the signs outside. Cute decor read more

I had such a positive experience at Ol Days. I was so excited to try the coffee because I've heard so many good things about it. I had the iced pink latte, with the pink pitaya cold foam on top. It was great. I also had their salad with arugula, mint, and feta cheese and i added grilled chicken on top. Everything tasted very fresh and healthy. I left feeling really good. Wow!! I got Ol'Days delivered to my apartment via UberEats. The food was SO FRESH!!! The Caesar salad was amazing. I added grilled chicken and 2 hard boiled eggs. I loved how much shredded cheese was on the salad. The fruit platter had a wide variety of fruits: strawberries, oranges, blueberries, raspberries, mango, banana AND kiwi! Outdoor seating was very nice and shaded under the umbrella. I had two ginger shots. The facilities were nice and clean inside. We had the date and almond bread. After hearing so much about this place, I finally decided to check it out. While I love the farm-to-table concept and the menu is definitely creative, the overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations. Our server was a bit awkward and service was noticeably slow--we waited quite a while just to get our drinks. As for the food, nothing really stood out to us except for the Shakshouka, which was genuinely delicious and the one thing I'd return for. That said, it's great to have a spot like this in the area. This place was right across from our Airbnb and arguably the best service we had the entire Miami trip. Super recommend. Our server was fantastic. Met friends here for brunch. We started with some iced matchas and chai lattes. All were very good. We then ordered the shakshuka breakfast which was delicious and the ricotta eggs. Service was top notch. We stayed almost 3 hours and they were so nice and let us stay. Finally by the end they asked us nicely if we were done bc they had a reservation. This is a cute little spot in midtown. I came for brunch and everything tasted so delicious and fresh, even the ketchup. To drink, I tried the lychee rose and it was very refreshing. As the entree, I tried the any style eggs omelette with cheese, mushroom and organic bacon. This meal was very filling and tasty. The bacon pieces were big and crispy. The county potatoes were also very flavorful. The bread did need some butter to make it tastier. I also tried the French toast and it was delicious. I loved the amount of fresh fruits that it had. This 3.5 star review is solely based on the food and not customer service or ambiance, which were great. Sadly, the roasted chicken dinner my husband ordered was dry and not flavorful whatsoever. My waffle was disappointing and I actually didn't end up eating it because the taste was slightly off. It's a vegan rice flour waffle so it may be texture meets unusual flavor that turned me off but the staff was super accommodating and returned the ordered. This place is in the heart of midtown so expect expensive prices. The place was very busy. Staff was very friendly. Ordering was easy. The food was great. The only thing was that I added a chicken breast to my dish to take it home to my dog and I found it to be stuffed with garlic which is toxic for dogs and I didn't request that however they didn't know it was for my dog and what I meant by a chicken breast was solely a breast. The bowl was so large and plenty of food I could not even finish it. The honey mustard with it was good. The home fries were pretty good but a bit soggy. They have a home made ketchup that is quite delicious. Recommend trying that! We also ordered the waffle. I ordered the Old Blue Toast as a fan of the pear-gorgonzola combination; the arugula tasted fresh but "a touch of nuts" meant a somewhat overwhelming amount of walnuts. The bread was also a little tough so perhaps if the whole thing was toasted and warmed.
