On the last day of the window, which happened to be a Friday we're scrambling to find a replacement service and someone to help with pickup past our departure date. Even getting them to cancel the order was a challenge. 7/11/26: they called offering a $100 restaurant gift card. They haven't specifically asked me to change my negative review on TrustPilot but I suspect that that was the motivation. Needless to say I refused their gift. And I posted my review here on Yelp too. I reiterate: stay away, they're unreliable.
