Great caring staff. I came during the day and saw some of the activities taking place. The resident auction looked so fun and they were all so happy. I also came around lunchtime and the food looked and smelled amazing. Thank you for being so courteous. Will refer to others! read more

Poor care, no follow up, lazy Lvn, with the exception of the night Lvn, food is always served cold ,and the milk I'd always warm, ice tea never has ice. No communication between shift changes. Physical therapy people are very helpful. Shelly and a couple others are very helpful. read more

Family member was here over a month and definitely not improving or rehabbing as they was supposed to be. They were taken back to the hospital not on the advice of staff there but family. They had multiple things that needed to be addressed and no one at that facility seemed to realize or care about any of it. Even needed antibiotics for an infection. Not to mention when we were able to go visit, we live out of town so we only were able to go once, it smelled like urine the second you walk in the facility. I would not recommend this place for your loved one! read more

Very unsatisfied and disappointed. My sister whos unable to walk because of a tragic accident was sent to this facility to learn to walk again. She was discriminated by a social worker named Andrea and I'm very upset about it. She missed 2 appointments for her leg already because this keeps happening she won't put in transportation for her so now I have to call off work because AGAIN she didn't put it in and thank goodness we asked a nurse about it the night before the appointment because now I have to take her myself. All the way in Fresno!!! This is their job!!!!!!! What are we paying you for if you can't even do your job right, thinking about moving her to a different facility because of this mistreatment!!! I feel as if my sister is being neglected in there, she cannot walk. She is disabled ,she's not old, and she needs to get better how is she suppose to get better without her doctors appointment for her leg?? Doesn't make sense. 1 star. read more

We live in Los Angeles and my father-in-law was sent there from Kaweah Delta. There's no way to get in contact with the facility. They don't answer the phone and you can't send him an email because that function on their website is broken. i'm not sure what's going on, but it's all very sketchy. read more

I love this facility. I have worked there for over 6 years and love the staff . The residents are fantastic, knowledgeable individuals who have become my family. Management is new, and the facility has made some significant changes. The CNA's are excellent and have the biggest hearts and compassion for their residents. Would recommend this place to anyone. read more

This facility should get 0 stars. I want people to know that after a long long process, the licensing and certification inspectors have found Kaweah Manor Convalescent Home to be "deficient" (that's a big D for failing) in its care of my late father (see my previous Yelp review). He can not be brought back from the dead, but if one life can be saved from this place, and the "care providers" within (from admin to CVN, most people there are "in" on creating the illusion of competency but not delivering on it--and they protect one another), perhaps his passing will not be totally in vain. Families! Get your disabled loved ones OUT of there! read more

Do NOT leave a loved one at Kaweah manor. I'm embarrassed for Leslie the admin. She has no clue. Staff changes on a regular basis. Ombudsmen was of zero help . Ive got proof of billing fraud. I will be hiring an attorney regarding a lawsuit read more

My mom was there for only a month then was transferred back to the hospital due to low oxygen, low blood pressure and low sugar. When she was admitted to the hospital she was severely dehydrated, when the nurse called my sister to let her know our mother was being taken to the hospital they told my sister my mom was refusing her meds and was refusing to eat and drink water. My question is why did they wait until my mother was back in the hospital to let us know she was refusing her meds and refusing to eat why didn't they call us the first day my mom started to refuse her meds and eat? To me that's very unprofessional on their part and something doesn't sit right with me and this place. Sadly my mom passed away the end of August she was only 57 years old.. I've called this place many times to get my moms things left them messages and they haven't returned my calls, they only gave me some of her belongings. They never helped my mom answer her phone when me and my sister would call my mom would call me or text me when she was able to hold her phone. This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL and i don't recommend it at all!!!!! read more
