Instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to charge me again for the same service. This ring belonged to my late mother, and their handling of it made me extremely uncomfortable. I ended up taking it elsewhere. I would not recommend this jeweler due to poor service, inconsistent information, and attempting to charge twice for an unfinished job. Needless to say, do NOT waste your time, fine someone else to do the job right the way you want it done and right the first time.

I was having some money issues at the time and swallowed hard and paid it because I was embarrassed. I figured I would go home and if I had buyer's remorse, I would return them. But I didn't. I kept the items and they have had a lot of use! But as I said,. Very hard on my jewelry. I broke one of the earrings. I was so sad. I went on line and tried to find a replacement set, but they don't make them anymore. I decided to go back to the store and see if maybe they had any left hidden somewhere. I was disappointed to find out they didn't. But then, as I was talking to them, they told me that they back their items and I could bring the earrings back in and they would send it back to the factory for repair. If they couldn't repair it, they would replace it. I was so happy! It took 6 weeks and I ended up getting a new set of earrings for free. This is good customer service and this will bring me back for all my jewelry needs. This makes the cost well worth it!
