Where do I start, this whole experience has been nothing but exceptional throughout its entirety. Isaac and Fadi both really outdid themselves on this ring. From the start Isaac sat down with my then girlfriend and I for over 45 minutes going over pictures, diamonds, anything and everything that had to do with what she wanted in a ring he found out! Afterwards Isaac and I personally had a phone call to discuss budget, and what is great about Solari & Co. is that they truly design you a custom piece that works within whatever budget you have! Even then Isaac and Fadi still found ways to upgrade our ring during the design process at no extra cost to us! They truly had our best interest in mind throughout this whole process, which cannot be said for many in their industry. We ordered our ring during a time that was less than ideal for Solari and Co., the midst of a pandemic. Even with government mandated shutdowns, mid project upgrades, and an extremely intricate design, Isaac, Fadi and the Solari and Co. team came through with the most beautiful ring that even I couldn't have dreamed of! I cannot say more wonderful things about this company! Issac and Fair went above and beyond for myself and my fiancé. Issac found the perfect diamond & works with your budget. Issac does his research- just when he found the perfect diamond, another diamond popped up for a better price for better quality. He made it happen & we got that diamond. He gives you the best work, finds the highest quality for your budget! My ring turned out fabulous! Not only did they help us get the diamond ring we wanted, but all this happened when COVID struck Michigan. I needed my ring resized during the pandemic and they worked so hard to make that happen for us. Everything was shut down, but they were able to get it re-sized and sparkly for me! My husband (boyfriend at the time) and I did a lot of shopping around for engagement rings, but we couldn't find what I wanted. I had a pretty specific vision, but it was very simple so I was surprised that we couldn't find anything similar. He found Solari through a friend (I had no idea anything was happening, and I was completely surprised by the proposal), and the ring is honestly perfect. It is EXACTLY what I wanted, and I love it. Finding out after the proposal that my husband (fiancé at the time!) worked with Isaac throughout the whole process made the ring and proposal even more special. I don't know where to begin! Isaac restored 2 antique/vintage wedding rings that hold immense sentimental value. (Great-grandmother & mother's) He did a phenomenal job on both!! Kept me informed every step of the way. When it came time to discuss my engagement ring, I only wanted Isaac!! Outstanding customer service!! This little jewelry store is a hidden gem - pun intended! I needed an earring repaired and they did a great job for a great price.
