I walked in and was warmly welcomed by the young lady organizing clothes. I went to the men's section and looked around for anything I might be interested in. I came across a pair of dress pants that were 50% off. I looked around a little more and saw a few dress shirts that looked nice, but I decided not to purchase them. The cashier at checkout was nice, but not as nice as the lady who welcomed me. Parking here can be difficult as the color outside of this store is small, but hopefully that issue is resolved with the new parking lot opening soon. On the 21st of June my phone beeps...its the reminder to pay for another month....So i say to myself maybe i can go now and pay the $75 but it was closing time.... I repeat my name and my camera so he says hold...owner comes back on phone and says we pulled your camera on the 16th its sold already. I think that the salespeople at the store need to be informed of the policy when a defective item is sold from their store and the return requires shipping, which should be free. When I called the 800 line, the response was swift and the store followed through on issuing a refund immediately. It was clearly a misunderstanding on the part of people who were trying to do their best. I love all of the clothes I bought at the store and would shop there again.

Nicole could barely complete the transaction due to her poor computer skills. My sister and I called them out on their racism and micro aggressions. Nicole actually tired to walk behind us as we were leaving in a threatening manner. She also referred to my sister as "sir" and misgendered her twice. Luckily, she stopped herself.
