Zero complaints whatsoever. Sarah walked us through band sizes, protection plans, and even resizing/cleanings. My engagement ring is also from Brilliant Earth and I was eligible for complimentary resizing so I sent it off during our visit today. I was wearing a spacer with my engagement ring this entire time. It worked out beautifully because now both of our wedding bands and my resized engagement ring will arrive at the same time. This visit couldn't have been more perfect. They're quite old, and I was worried about where to take them as they are precious to me. I took them to the right place!! The ring has multiple opals, one of which is broken. I knew sizing that up was going to be tricky. Opals are soft and will break easily. Any time you size you have to worry about loosening stones. They gave me the option to do the sizing first and see how the broken opal held up. I was knocked out with how fast everything was done, and to have my grandmother's ring on my finger is priceless to me. This ring has been through hell and back over the years. The side chip used to be a ruby, that fell out and has been replaced with an amethyst now a third time! My one amethyst shattered and the other one sheared off at the sides. The band has been broken at least three times. Chiccarine's is my go to jewelry store for repairs. They assisted me in strengthening the band of my wedding set and even resized it. I'm a size 4.75 and I've never been a size 4 in ANYTHING! To replace the diamond with a mediocre diamond about the same size I believe it was in the neighborhood of around 1500+ the 300 for a whole new crown. I could have gotten an imitation diamond, known as moisonite for around 500. Mike showed me an example of it, it was beautiful but I opted for a natural garnet. I asked Mike about changing the cut into a heart shape. At first he didn't think it would work then he suggested to put the heart on its side. Genius!! The price to get a new crown, garnet and have the amethyst replaced was under 200$ and that's about what I wanted to invest. It was helpful because he had a heart shaped garnet so I could see what the ring might look like. Excelling in customer service, enhanced service & creative suggestions are all waiting for you at Chiccarine's. They're a trustworthy family business most deserving of your patronage!

I had a watch that was running slow so I decided to give this shop a try for a battery replacement…read more I went in, the lady at the counter was so sweet and said it would only take 15 min and I could come back. She told me it cost $12 and I was just like wow, that's a good deal. I came back picked it up and basically was elated at how good the service and price was! I haven't found prices that low except maybe in Chinatown in the city! I blasted it on my IG telling local friends about how awesome this place was for battery replacements! I put my foot in my mouth because the next day I noticed the second-hand on my watch had gotten unhinged and was flying everywhere in my watchface. I definitely did not have any issues with my watch until after my battery replacement so I was bummed I would have to go back to get them to fix it. I go back 3 days later and tell them the situation and they tell me, you left the store we cannot be liable. My watch had no issues prior to this and I know having to hinge the second-hand isn't a crucially difficult repair but I wanted some acknowledge of poor workmanship on their part! They tell me it would cost $35 to repair bc it would need to get shipped out of the store. My watch is not new nor that nice to spend $47 all-in-all for what was originally a battery replacement. I decided not to make the repair. Not worth it, better to just put the $ into a new watch altogether. Not satisfied with their poor customer service and their unwillingness to even refund the battery replacement. I get a broken watch and more of a hassle just having had them work on it. They just lost what would have been a loyal customer if their workmanship and customer service would have been better. Really is a shame, I'm more upset about that. Not worth coming to potentially get your watch broken for a cheap battery fix.

When she opened them, we immediately noticed that one of the posts was bent. We contacted customer service, and they instructed us to ship the earrings back for repair. They received them on December 28th. After waiting nearly two months, we finally received the earrings back on 02/23/2026. When we opened the box, the self-securing backing on one of the earrings literally fell apart into multiple pieces. It was unusable straight out of the package. We called customer service and simply asked if they could send replacement backings. We were told, "We can't do that -- you'll have to send them back in for service." After already waiting over two months without the earrings, we understandably did not want to restart the entire process. Instead, we requested a refund. At that point, we were told we had exceeded the 30-day return window. This was incredibly frustrating because they had possession of the earrings from December 28th until February 23rd. We had them for a total of roughly 10 days -- Blue Nile had them the rest of the time. Yet they refused to acknowledge that their extended repair timeline effectively consumed the return period. What made matters worse was the tone of the interaction. The representative made us feel as though we were somehow at fault for defective merchandise. There was no ownership taken, no accommodation offered, and no meaningful effort to resolve the situation fairly. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience either my wife or I have ever had with a jewelry company -- especially at this price point. For a $4,000 purchase, we expected quality and accountability. We received neither. I cannot recommend Blue Nile based on our experience.

I was attempting to purchase a very specific diamond and was unable to locate one on Blue Nile.com, or anywhere else for that matter, with the narrow requirements I was looking for. As a last resort, I called the King of Prussia Blue Nile location and had the good fortune to have Ron answer the phone. It was a difficult search, but Ron stuck with it, and me, contacting his various sources. All the while, keeping me abreast of the latest developments and options for consideration. Ron uncovered a diamond that was not yet in the Blue Nile system that met all the desired qualities. I was a bit tentative regarding an appropriate size of diamond for a small hand, and the video of the stone did not do it justice. I called Mr. Ron to ask for his advice. He said this diamond would be beautiful, all the specs were there indicating its quality. And, if I was not completely happy, it could be returned with a full refund. My apprehension was quelled, and a purchase made. The diamond arrived and I could not be more pleased. I had my purchase appraised soon thereafter for insurance purposes. When the GIA certified gemologist completed his evaluation and returned the diamond, he said it was beautiful, the cut was excellent, and the appraisal was much higher than the purchase price.
