Tried to charge me a fee for looking at my "100% warrantied" system just to tell me that it wasn't their problem and that my thermostat was broken and it was my problem not theirs. After installing a new thermostat, the system still doesn't work. The techs are lazy and their 24/7 service is a joke (only when it's convenient for them). The only reason they get one star is because I can't give them zero. ***BUYER BEWARE*** crooks that take your money and leave you to fend for yourself. They don't stand behind their products or work and will screw you if they get a chance. Reporting to bbb 9/29/2019 Captains Log- As I enter the 72nd hour (3rd day) without A/C, I've left the owner of the company (Jerimy Sweet) voicemails and emails regarding his lazy and inept employees and have received no response. I sincerely hope Mr. Sweet is okay and that he is not sick or drifting alone in space without anyone to hear his cries for help. Much like my requests for help with my 2 month old, lemon of an a/c unit, are going unanswered. As I look toward the positive side of things, looking at my floor, it appears that I have lost roughly 7lbs via water-weight. Despite my hardwoods being newly refinished, they are getting the moisturizing they apparently needed (unquoted opinion of Sweet Comfort). I am very thankful that Mr. Sweet was up to date on my needy floors when I was apparently ignoring them (sorry hardwoods). As I reflect on the same tech who repeatedly told me that the issue was MY thermostat that I installed and then recanted his "expert testimony" the next day claiming that the issue is now the blower motor, I fear that I may never feel the Sweet coolness of a air conditioner that blows like like a $2 hooker just before being offed by Jack the Ripper. Please pray for me and my family's survival while we ironically enjoy our Sweat Comfort in lieu of "Sweet" coolness that we crave so much. I have spoken with a friendly lady named Lisa over the phone regarding when my part would be in and was told she'd call me back - that was at 0930 hours of the same day and yet to receive an update. The elusive Sweet species of the genus Jerimy has still yet to surface in the kingdom of my two month old A/C unit. I fear that although I can see the air conditioned island in the distant horizon, my only floatation device (a volleyball named Voit) has a sprung a leak where a rusty piece of fan (presumably from my air handler) nicked the seam just 4 days ago. As I fall back to sleep in my bivouac I have a flashback to my ancestor heros who made sacrifices in Vietnam decades ago and scream out in my sleep "NOT AGAIN"! They replaced RO filters that were stuck in the holders, and gave advice on fixing leak into online chlorinator. I was going to have them replace bathtub valve when a few tiles came loose, and David said the old Price Pfister valve he rebuilt for us will last another 50 years, and is better than the new Delta version I bought that would require tearing up most of the bathtub wall to install. So fix the backer board and tile, keep the existing valve. Beyond all that plumbing, they are good reliable people and pricing has been fair.

I called Capitol City Plumbing twice to identify and repair a leak. They charged me both times,…read moreclaiming the leak was in my toilets. They even cut a hole in my bathroom wall. The leak continued, so I called CCP again, requesting that they return, for the 3rd time, to fix the leak. They refused to come back or refund my money. They actually had the gall to tell me that when one leak is repaired, it could cause another, and that was what was happening. I called another plumbing company. The new plumbing company was able to identify the leak (not guess like CCP) and made the necessary repairs. The actual cause of the leak was the pressure valve outside the house. The new plumbing company repaired the leak, and I have had no other issues since they made the correct repairs.

Long story short - Serviceman charged us $396 to replace a faulty shower cartridge which costs $20 at Home Depot, claimed it costs more because they provide warranty on it, how a $20 piece can cost 10times more in warranty- go figure! Used a $20 removal tool -how can his job be worth $356!!! He wrote in his 'report' that he "rebuilt a moen shower wall"!! Let me tell you that said 'rebuilding' took 10min! My mistake - told the lady on the other end (when I called them) that it was an emergency (which it was) and got totally taken advantage of!! I am reporting them to BBB.
