We recently had been having heat issues in our building, and in one day Andy Killman was able to personally oversee the installation of a new unit to fix our problem. While they ran into unforeseen delays and snags, they kept at the job and knocked it out in a timely manner. On top of that, they stuck with the original quote they gave us which was greatly appreciated. As they were loading up their equipment, we noticed a totally separate and possibly minor issue - a vent that we didn't need and might have been contributing to our heat problem. Without skipping a beat he had one of his workers climb up on a ladder and fix the vent, no questions asked. You can't go wrong working with these fine folks. Thank y'all for everything you do.

Several years ago, we had them replace our old gaspak with a new one and one that had a high SEER rating. We have them service the unit twice a year. I came home from work last night and noticed that the compressor on the A/C was running but the blower was not. I called and they were at my house around 8:30. It was a module on the blower and David, our service tech, checked and found that it was under warranty still. He had to drive to Columbia to get the part and we still were Not changed an after hours or weekend price for the service call. The unit is 8 years old now! I have referred them to other people who didn't buy the unit from Cool Flow and this company doesn't "fix" things that aren't broken. They did these people extremely well too! As time passed they shifted to what they can sell you. My family is military so we wanted to use a company we thought we could rely on as when called to duty an AC/HEAT issue is not something we wish to worry about. We bought a brand new unit from this company and upon initial install it was installed incorrectly. We were patient as techs were in and out of our home almost 3-4 times a month for years with a new born baby. Each time a tech came the problem never matched what the other stated. Again, we are serving our country so the amount of times stated were from us taking time off to fix issues. We bought everything they suggested to fix issues and still never enjoyed unit. Now, three days before warranty is up they state we have a leak and it must be replaced. We had our unit serviced every month including all the additional times they were out to fix original issues from install. As a family and Service members we ask that you do use this company. We trusted them to fix issues that were never resolved as we were patient with them, only to be told warranty is up and we can pay them for a new unit.

After calling 4 times on 4 different days, I was finally able to talk with a representative, who informed me there was nothing they could do. Advice #1: don't bother calling them. They will not help you. My experience with Midland is that they set me up for a 10-year contract at $400 per month. That is a total of $48,000 for rental equipment that they would take at the end of the term. I subsequently paid $30,000 early payoff penalty just to get out of the contract. I'm a retiree, and that almost wiped me out. Advice #2: As I said in my previous post, avoid Midland and Service Experts. You will be better off. Wish I could give a zero star. Richard M.
