Things like a fenced in parking lot so in the event a leash slips you are worried about your pet running into the road. We've had to purchase different collars in the past to take them to daycare, at All Tails they already have you covered. Check in and pick up are a breeze. She was very patient walking each out, then trimming & filing their nails. I was impressed when I saw what a great job she did. Originally we planned to use Woof Nails short term, but considering how easy Liz made it, that my dogs weren't stressed out like they are when we take them to the groomer, I think we're going to continue using Woof Nails into the future!

Today I took my dog to be groomed and get a summer cut....I told the girl who took him back, "do…read morenot cut his ears length" she nodded ok, A couple of hours later I received a call "I am so sorry I did not see the note regarding Charlie's ears" of course they are extremely short; this is a shiatzu; I would think a dog groomer would know not to do that. common sense....of course I flipped out when I got him. They were waiting for me to keep apologizing however when someone messes up your dog, there is no apology that will work, you are furious which I was. Did I flip out? Yes.....more than I would any other time, after hair grows back. The comments from the groomer were what really set me off see below 'the jokes on you....I've groomed ur dog before and you loved it" "like I said I'm sorry.... lol....okay maam These were her responses to me, verbatim. So for me to be extremely angry when I picked him up is an understatement. Now they will come back and say, I was outraged.....I was....I used profanity.......absolutely mainly because they could care less that I was extremely upset over the exact thing I had asked the not to do. I guess at the end of the day I should have known better to take him to a groomer I did not have any history with. I buy a limited ingredient brand of dog food for my pups and was pleased to see PetSmart had just what I wanted at exactly the right price. I also picked up some grain-free dental treats and some chew toys for my poochies. This PetSmart location offers grooming services, pet training, and adoption services. The grooming salon is located in the back of the store. PetSmart also has necessities for cats, fish, reptiles, small bets and birds. I was happily surprised to see birds for sale; they looked happy and well taken care of! Check it out and make sure to sign up for Treats membership; it's their loyalty program.
