This is my second time going. And I will definitely return. The lady that sits in table number 2 have done my nails both times. I'm from Maryland where life is expensive and over rated. I would usually pay $80-$120 nails like this. Long , Coffin and Gel. Here I paid $45. Service is good, like any nail salon you don't understand their language. ATM inside. Nice waiting area and next door theirs a place where you can buy Bubble Tea at. For what I pay for, the service and experience is worth going back.

It was my first time going here, and Cindy was my nail technician, she did wonderful, and free handed the little monster face.

Cindy did my Acrylic nails twice nails, and both times I absolutely loved them/my experience. She's very kind and did the nail art by hand. She also did my toes once and did a wonderful job.

Unfortunately I will not be returning. I've been going there almost over a year now have always had good service and my nails look great however they sent me a text with a discount offer that expires in March. I went to use it which I should have been allowed to use it it made no sense that they said no. It Stated we miss You please come back and enjoy 15% off of any service expires 03/02/20. When the owners wife was done with my nails I showed her the coupon inside here I have this for 15% off she showed her husband and he said some things I couldn't understand and then goes you can use it next time. I go I don't understand it expires In March why can't I use it now. He got a little bit of an attitude towards me and says use it next time I said I won't be back until March when it expires. I don't see what the big deal was over a five dollar discount it didn't really matter to me but don't send people texts and tell them they can't use them that makes no sense. And the fact the owner was so rude was very upsetting. I just paid the amount due and took the 20% I was going to tip her and put it in my pocket

Customer service was fantastic!!! I explained to them that I have been having a problem with my gel polish only lasting a week and they asked if I wanted to try dip polish. I took my daughter out for a girls day for her sweet 16. The one thing she said she really wanted to do was go get mani/pedis. We decided to try somewhere new and let me just say, we WILL NEVER go back to Broadview nail and spa!! The ladies made my daughter so uncomfortable asking me questions about her dad and "what she is" My daughter is mixed and the way they kept speaking to each other in their native language and then would proceed to try and ask me questions as if she wasn't right in front of them was so nasty and unprofessional! And as if that wasn't enough, my nail tech completely botched my nails. They were so misshapen and uneven and when I asked the lady to fix them she acted like she couldn't see the problem!! When I told her she could either fix them or I wasn't paying for them the man finally came over and "fixed" my nails. Then he tells me he gave me a discount because it was my daughter's birthday but he somehow charged me $221 for 2 pedicures that were $38 each and 2 full sets of nails with no designs or extra add ons which were $55 each....( we just like a simple clean look) and our nails were short!!! So on top of the racial uncomfortably they caused my daughter, the horrible nail job that had to be redone, they over charged me and said I got a discount!! Oooooh and then the man tried to LITERALLY MAKE ME LEAVE THAT LADY A TIP!!!! 0 out of 10 SO NOT RECOMMEND read more

Went there for the first time and my nails have waves in them, they are not smooth at all. You can see the drill marks in my nails. Its a horrible job! She had other people waiting for her and rushed my nails. Terrible job for $50 I am disgusted. read more

I brought my 5 year old for a mommy and me day. She got a gel princess mani and pedi. The polish came off in 2 days! My nails were not put on properly. I did make an appointment and in total because they had to keep stopping and starting. Passing out candy and water it was 4 hours maybe even longer for mani and pedi. The workers are very nice. The quality of polish and even my nails was not great. If you have a little one I would not recommend due to the quality and long wait time for service even with appointment. Long wait time plus the actual work being crappy probably won't be back. read more

I've been going to Broadview Nail Spa for almost 2 years. It's a husband/wife team and they have additional staff during busier times. Its clean, the music is decent and they have a decent waiting area. They no longer take credit cards but have an ATM inside. I've never waited too long and my gel manicures & pedicures are always on point. This nail please is better than most! read more

No - just NO! Too strange - very tedious experience. Felt so odd when owner cursed repeatedly (F-word, followed by other offenders) in his casual chat with me & gal who did nails was painful - literally & figuratively. I hate to give a negative review because the people there are lovely, but I waited 45 minutes to get seen on a slow Saturday, then once I did get seen my manicurist rushed through my nails and I had fingers chipping by Monday. It seems like this is an isolated experience based on the other reviews, but I was incredibly disappointed after seeing the positive feedback here. I will say the price tag is appealing--without tip, it was $24 and some change. But still, I would pay $10 more for my nails to last as long as they're supposed to. The search for a good, fairly priced gel manicure in Cleveland continues. read more

Very nice shop. Walked in on a Monday evening. Little wait. Good customer service. Greeted when I walked in. My nails look beautiful and love the design. My technician was very attentive to detail. I have been going to the nail salon for a couple years now but since there are new owners, never again! I went in to get a full set and I had a photo but my phone died so I was trying to explain to the young lady doing my nails the best I could how I wanted my nails. I wanted a fresh "pink and white" look for an upcoming wedding. She proceeded to tell me we don't do that here. Interesting. She said we can do ombré while showing me an example. I said "that was pretty" just not exactly what I wanted. She continued to belittle and mock me with the nail tech sitting next to her. "Ohh she wants ombré I show her this and she doesn't want it." WHILE LAUGHING. Interrupting me as I tried to explain myself. She was trying to make me feel as if I had no clue what I was talking about. Arguing back and forth while I tried to explain what I wanted. I was literally shaking at the plain disrespect. I will NEVER go back. Not to mention both of my thumbs lifted in a week. Don't waste your time or money. Keep in mind their 4.4 star rating was from the previous owners they "rolled over". There's no way. 1 star in my book. Just a heads up! read more

Every time I go to this salon the gentleman who does my nails is very rude I went to him two times and makes me feel uncomfortable he is never nice when he is doing my nails the last time he yelled at me for accidentally touching my hair before he polished my nails I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you have this gentleman doing you're nails hands down worst service . read more

Extremely unprofessional rude!!! nail tech disregarded what I wanted and continued to do the absolute worst job cutting my nails and not only did she not listen but she Blatantly shook her head at me with no professionalism whatsoever!!! The worst part was she made a phone call and moments later a man approached us at the table and told me to feel free never to come to this establishment again And also said my friend didn't need to come back again either I said I've come to that business for over two years and I will never recommend nor will I ever ever give business to the disrespectful and caring unprofessional business that you guys so-called run read more

The owner and his wife are very attentive and awesome to do business with. Welcoming atmosphere. Amazing prices and fantastic customer service. Definitely my new go to spot! Would reccomend for anyone. read more
