I get the same thing every time i go unfortunately the price changes every time with no rhyme or reason. Its just a ok spot. I took my daughter out for a girls day for her sweet 16. The one thing she said she really wanted to do was go get mani/pedis. We decided to try somewhere new and let me just say, we WILL NEVER go back to Broadview nail and spa!! The ladies made my daughter so uncomfortable asking me questions about her dad and "what she is" My daughter is mixed and the way they kept speaking to each other in their native language and then would proceed to try and ask me questions as if she wasn't right in front of them was so nasty and unprofessional! And as if that wasn't enough, my nail tech completely botched my nails. They were so misshapen and uneven and when I asked the lady to fix them she acted like she couldn't see the problem!! When I told her she could either fix them or I wasn't paying for them the man finally came over and "fixed" my nails. Then he tells me he gave me a discount because it was my daughter's birthday but he somehow charged me $221 for 2 pedicures that were $38 each and 2 full sets of nails with no designs or extra add ons which were $55 each....( we just like a simple clean look) and our nails were short!!! So on top of the racial uncomfortably they caused my daughter, the horrible nail job that had to be redone, they over charged me and said I got a discount!! I brought my 5 year old for a mommy and me day. She got a gel princess mani and pedi. The polish came off in 2 days! My nails were not put on properly. I did make an appointment and in total because they had to keep stopping and starting. Passing out candy and water it was 4 hours maybe even longer for mani and pedi. The workers are very nice. The quality of polish and even my nails was not great. If you have a little one I would not recommend due to the quality and long wait time for service even with appointment. Long wait time plus the actual work being crappy probably won't be back. read more

Not sure why there would be bad reviews for this place! Been going for a few years now. And absolutely love the owner and his wife. They always take great care of me. I told a bunch of my friends about this place and they love it here too. Very affordable prices!!! The owner has great people skills. I will never go to another nail salon ever! I hate to give a negative review because the people there are lovely, but I waited 45 minutes to get seen on a slow Saturday, then once I did get seen my manicurist rushed through my nails and I had fingers chipping by Monday. It seems like this is an isolated experience based on the other reviews, but I was incredibly disappointed after seeing the positive feedback here. I will say the price tag is appealing--without tip, it was $24 and some change. But still, I would pay $10 more for my nails to last as long as they're supposed to. I have been going to the nail salon for a couple years now but since there are new owners, never again! I went in to get a full set and I had a photo but my phone died so I was trying to explain to the young lady doing my nails the best I could how I wanted my nails. I wanted a fresh "pink and white" look for an upcoming wedding. She proceeded to tell me we don't do that here. Interesting. She said we can do ombré while showing me an example. I said "that was pretty" just not exactly what I wanted. She continued to belittle and mock me with the nail tech sitting next to her. "Ohh she wants ombré I show her this and she doesn't want it." WHILE LAUGHING. Interrupting me as I tried to explain myself. She was trying to make me feel as if I had no clue what I was talking about. Arguing back and forth while I tried to explain what I wanted. I was literally shaking at the plain disrespect. I will NEVER go back. Not to mention both of my thumbs lifted in a week. Don't waste your time or money. Keep in mind their 4.4 star rating was from the previous owners they "rolled over". There's no way. 1 star in my book. Just a heads up! read more

I've been going there almost over a year now have always had good service and my nails look great however they sent me a text with a discount offer that expires in March. I went to use it which I should have been allowed to use it it made no sense that they said no. It Stated we miss You please come back and enjoy 15% off of any service expires 03/02/20. When the owners wife was done with my nails I showed her the coupon inside here I have this for 15% off she showed her husband and he said some things I couldn't understand and then goes you can use it next time. I go I don't understand it expires In March why can't I use it now. He got a little bit of an attitude towards me and says use it next time I said I won't be back until March when it expires. I don't see what the big deal was over a five dollar discount it didn't really matter to me but don't send people texts and tell them they can't use them that makes no sense.
