Veronica is a great communicator! I called around to half a dozen tire shops within a 20-mile radius of Lake Arrowhead looking for a tire for my Tesla. No luck--nobody on the mountain, all the way to Big Bear, had one in stock. Then I called Kayla's Auto on E Street in the DINO... and jackpot! If I could give it ZERO STARS it is deserving ! It took them 9.5 hours today to put 4 tires, replace lug nuts and align my car! They knew I was dropping my car off at 8 AM, I finally had to go get it at 4:30! Absolutely awful service, a complete waste of my day. WARNING, if you want to pay with your credit card, they try to add an additional 3% charge to your bill. Last little gripe, I dropped my car off with 153 miles to empty, picked it up with 132 miles to empty. With the price of gas nowadays I think a 21 mile test drive was unnecessary. read more

I had a nail in my tire and was loosing air. Found Kayla's on Yelp. Put in the directions and was there within 20 minutes. I was in and out within 20 minutes and it was the hottest day of the week. As soon as I drove away my tire sensor went off. If you need a tire repair or new tire and you're in San Berdo... you should definitely use Kayla's! read more

They patched my tire expertly for $15 while I stood outside eating my Quest Bar. It took less than 15 minutes on a Saturday morning, right when they opened. The repairman said the tire would operate as good as new as long as I maintain the proper pressure because it still has good tread. I was amazed. I thought it was a goner and I was prepared to purchase a good, used tire from them. They are open 8a-6p Monday through Saturday, very convenient for those of us working normal business hours. I spoke to the owner, Veronica, who was so nice and welcoming. They have been here since 2011, across the street from San Bernardino High School. They also do auto repair and have more equipment arriving soon to expand their services. Right now they are excepting cash and Zelle payments and they are possibly going to be using Apple Pay in the near future. I highly recommend them. They really came through for me. read more

I'm shocked at the bad reviews... I came yesterday because my tire pressure was low and was greeted with great customer service. The light turned off but turns out I had a nail in my tire, which he spotted right away. He ended up fixing for me really fast. I would differently be back, if I need help with my tires. Went in to get a a flat tire replaced on a brand new wheel and they didn't even know how to remove or install the new tire. The guy used a crowbar and began prying out the tire while holding it against the rim. He caused so many dents all around the wheel and it's all scratched up. Took him 30 minutes to just do 1 wheel. I decided to give them a shot disregarding the reviews because it was the nearest shop for my emergency. Unfortunately I should have listened to the reviews and stayed away a from this tire shop. I'm stuck with a brand new wheel that is now dented all around. The best part out of all this is that they told me they had to do that because there was no other way and they were not responsible for the damages. Morons shouldn't be working at a tire shop if they can't do it right. read more

I went in to get a lug nut removed that had broken and the guy used a flat head to wedge it into the lug nut multiple times. It didn't take long for me to stop him before he could destroy more of the hole on my rim. Right after i told him that it was really damaged, he just said, "yeah well i couldn't get it out because there was no grip on the lug nut" and he left back inside. He had zero consideration of damaging my rim when he could have drilled out the stem instead of trying to break it off with a flat head. Don't recommend going here. read more
