Took my 36 foot diesel pusher RV in for AC service. Art, Owner, and George, mechanic, very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a leak in the low side pressure line. They evacuated the system, took the line off and welded the line,replaced a bad sensor and recharged the system. Still wasn't getting any cool air and George found a loose connection on the compressor. They could have told me I had a bad compressor and charged me hundreds of dollars to replace it. That AC line is over 40 feet long and would've cost hundreds of dollars and who knows how many weeks to replace. Art is honest and fair and did all he could to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. All in one day on a 20 year-old RV! I went to the QuickStop next to Home Depot on 21st St. in San Bernardino California for alignment because my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee was shaking. They did the alignment and sent me on my way.. as I was on my way home driving up a mountain, which is where I live. The Jeep was still shaking. So I took it to my mechanic up the mountain to inspect it, which we found a tie rod with no lubricant in it whatsoever and so much playing it. I'm lucky I made it at the mountain alive.. I then changed the part got a new one and went back to QuickStop. To have my alignment redone because everybody knows that the tie rod should've been found during the alignment.. the owner proceeded to tell me that they didn't inspect it because they're afraid people will yell at them. People are always in a hurry and want things done quickly and if they don't, they get yelled at so they don't do that anymore, even though the receipt says inspection.. he also tried to say that I should've driven the vehicle back down the mountain to him and had him fix it and they would've done the alignment for free, but as I told him I live up the mountain, I wasn't taking a chance of it breaking on the way down back to him. I didn't drive it for three days in fear that it would snap . And it being my only vehicle that's a big deal . Needless to say he finally told me I was right that they should've never done the alignment with the part like it was and they should've told me about it . Thatthey would do my alignment for free. I watched my truck up in the air for 30 minutes, not being touched whatsoever now I never told anybody but the owner about the tie rod being replaced so it came as a shock to me when the receptionist and the mechanic said that they couldn't do the alignment because the tie rod was improperly installed and was loose now the boot was still on it so you couldn't even see where the tie rod connected to the rest of the vehicle to see that it was even loose.. and how did he know that was a brand new part if you know anything about a tie rod the only part you can see is where the threads are. So they said that they wouldn't do the alignment unless I paid $125 to have the tie rod tightened down.. which them knowing that if I drove off the property with a loose tire rod, my tire could come off and possibly flip my vehicle. The alignment was only $89 to begin with so they got me for extra $40 almost. And when I watched, the guy tightened down the tie rod, which took him 20 seconds literally he was laughing the whole time and when I said wow $125 for 20 seconds that's crazy. He said it is what it is and just laughed at me. I'm going to the news stations, the BBB and talking to my family lawyer so this doesn't happen to someone else. read more

Came in for a diagnostic 125$ & they said they'll call me to update. They never did call, I had to call them & felt like i was bugging them. They said they'd call me before they closed & didn't so i tried calling & they didn't answer even though it was long before closing time. Next day comes & i wait for an update that never came so i had to call them just to be told it'll be 325$ for an electrical diagnostic. I declined & my car battery was dead when given back, i brought the car with everything turning on. How could i believe they even tried to do a diagnostic if the car battery is dead? horrible service. Told me what was wrong with my car when i got there no pay. They came up with the price being $95 for what was wrong with it. They called me later while i was at home and came up with the price of $991 stated the tube i needed was lengthy and not expensive but that the labor was high. I came back because i didnt want to pay that. Just wanted my keys back and they still made me pay $95 for ""diagnostics"" when if i had just left when they first checked it wouldnt have made me pay anything. Ark is a funny guy, seems to get pissed off at life's situations and takes it out by being rude to customers and doing half as jobs on cars by not putting everything back where it should. That and "we'll have tools to diagnose your car" just to have to pay another 5 bills to have some other scam technician come check it out. Don't waste your time here unless you have a basic job like brakes,oil and idk what else cuz they do try to milk your pockets, that bing said they used to charge if anything 20$ to diagnose and it did not seem sketch as to what the problem is or that ohh your gunna need this to. This place sucks! The manager is a complete asshole! When I called to inquire about my vehicle he flat out told me my car is pissing him off and he doesn't care about my car anymore. That is the flat out truth and wouldn't lie about him saying that. I needed minor maintenance on my vehicle and I got it back with everything messed up. The lining of my car wasn't put back in place. The fasteners that clip my trimming back in place was broken so now it definitely won't snap back in place. I'm missing several screws that should've been screwed in where they were before. I had a wrench and screwdriver in my car and it's nowhere to be found now. If I could give this place no stars I would. Save your money and don't go here. You're better off finding someone way more professional and that actually cares for their customers and vehicle. read more
