Unfortunately, they failed to communicate with me, and after nearly two weeks of waiting without updates, I decided to look elsewhere. I went back on Yelp and found Low Cost Auto Glass. Using the Yelp project tool, I submitted a request and received a quote very quickly. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes. Non OEM windshield but I don't find any real difference and the calibration was good. Most recently I had my Accord front windshield replaced. Non OEM windshield. Unfortunatley the rear view mirror came back loose. I took it back and they replaced with new windshield and corrected the loose rear view mirror. So I"m happy with their service, quality and willingness to repair a quality issue free of charge. Will be taking my Pilot over there soon.
