He wouldn't quote me an idea of how many hours he'd need to work on my project, just kept saying he only starts at two hours minimum. When I asked again if he could estimate how many hours he was rude to me and told me "I don't work for free" - rude. I didn't ask for a discount or free, I asked for an estimate. Saying you start at $89/hr 2 hr minimum isn't helpful at all. You didn't need to be so rude. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

I recently hired Kregg Buesig, the owner of KB Cleantime, to perform a handyman task for me--in this case, to detach some shelving from the walls of my closet. Kregg was punctual, friendly and courteous and completed the job inside half an hour. I also found his rates to be reasonable. Although Kregg is relatively new to Yelp, it turns out he has worked in construction for nearly his entire life. Consequently, he is competent in a wide variety of construction trades, not just handyman services. And, if he can't do the job himself, then he has relationships with people who can. Now I can't speak to his other services, but I would definitely recommend him as a handyman and would definitely hire him again in that capacity. If you do decide to hire him, the only caveat I would offer is that he does not accept credit cards, only cash or check. read more

The job had three elements: replace an existing door with a new pre-hung door, re-frame and improve the weather sealing on the existing front door and add a new screen door to the front entrance. And it all needed a coat of paint when done. The re-framing in particular was a difficult job, requiring considerable ingenuity and skill.
