I can't say enough good things about Dr. Derrick Adams at 12 Bridges Dermatology. This was my third visit with him, and in addition to having Kaiser insurance, I choose to see Dr. Adams because he's simply the kind of doctor you hope to find and rarely do. He's incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, and he gets things done on the spot instead of dragging issues out across multiple visits. His bedside manner is excellent, calm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel rushed or dismissed. What really stands out is his integrity. He's fair, transparent, and doesn't overcharge, which I deeply appreciate. He's focused on doing what's right for the patient, not maximizing billing. Dr. Adams is thoughtful, skilled, and great at what he does. If you're looking for a dermatologist who combines expertise, efficiency, and real human decency, he's the one. read more

OK I see why the reviews are so high. This team would clearly be All-Stars at other practices. They really know their stuff while being sensitive and friendly to your needs. Dr. Adams is clearly very thorough and concerned for your safety and needs. Very professional doctor and obviously does his Research before any recommendation is made. Twelve Bridges was recommended by another dermatologist's office. Dr. Adams' quick wit and funny personality makes me think he should do stand up! His great knowledge helped in fixing an issue done by a previous dermatologist. The office staff could not be nicer and seemed like they really like their job. I went in April to have a mole that I was concerned about checked. The person that saw me told me she was not concerned and come back in a year. Well, I went for a second opinion and it ended up coming back as melanoma. Waiting a year when you have melanoma is extremely dangerous. read more

Rarely do I write reviews, but Dr. Adams and his staff are well worth it. Being new to the area, my husband and I were on the hunt for a new dermatologist. I needed to have my dermatofibroma looked at for removal and my daughter had some milia on her cheeks we wanted to check out and confirm. From start to finish, everyone was extremely friendly to both my daughter and I. Dr. Adams has an amazing bed side manner and treated us like we were just old friends. He took his time and addressed all our concerns. I felt very confident knowing he was super knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He knew exactly what my daughters skin problems were immediately and was able to remove my dermatofibroma during the same appointment. Being a nurse myself I was super impressed with our whole experience! We will be recommending everyone we know to come here and are so happy we found a great dermatologist. read more

Amazing staff that makes you feel welcome the moment you step throughthe door! The doctors here are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I went in for Shingles on my face, I was taken care of with a fast acting treatment plan. A day later, I feel much better and my face looks and feels so much better too! The staff at Twelve Bridges Dermatology are kind and professional. They made us feel very comfortable.

Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Was a bit relieved yet disappointed about my visit. Had a skin examination and had one small growth confirmed benign, so that was good. What wasn't good was the sore on my arm from a freeze on a blemish spot that was performed which did nothing but swell and bleed (spot still there??). The one that bothered me more was these little hard skin dots that developed after a severe sunburn on miscellaneous areas on arms, abdomen, and chest. I was told that it was probably just my age and don't worry about them. I left there thinking okay whatever, but then the largest one on my chest took off and was a pain in the ass wart. You'd think that a skin specialist would've seen something in it other that don't worry about it. I don't know....moving onto the next I guess. read more

Dr. Adams is one of the most CARING and HONEST doctors I have ever met!! I have never found a doctor that really worked with me to help me feel comfortable in my own skin. This was my first appointment but I'll be going back when the need arises. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and profession. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. When I did see him he listened to me, answered my questions, and performed the procedures. To top everything off they had adorable goodie bags that contained products samples and a piece of wrapped candy. Based on this visit I definitely recommend this business. read more
