On the 14th I came in and asked about a screen repair. They said they would have to order the screen(which is fine and was expected) and it was expected to arrive on the 15th but would likely be delayed because of an impending snowstorm. The snow was over on the 16th, so I expected to be contacted that the part was in on the 17th. I never received a message(phone or email) so i stopped in on the 19th to follow up. I was especially eager to get the repair done being that I paid in full(close to $350) on the 14th. When I stopped in, not only did they have the part, but they didn't even have to look for it. It had came in, but they just never notified me. I left my phone with them around 6pm on the night of the 19th and was told that it would be done the next day, even following that up with a "see you tomorrow". I requested that when it was done I receive an email notifying me. On the 20th, no email was received. Due to the lack of communication for the part, i stopped in. The first time I tried to come was around 2:45pm. The open sign was on and it was during the posted hours but the front door was locked. When I came back around 5:45, they said my phone was ready but they never contacted me because of an error in the system, nor did they test my phone due to that same error. Based on previous repairs there, as well as an emailed receipt and confirmation of my order, and verification of my info the day before by an employee, I know my info was correct. I asked if the fingerprint on the screen was going to work and the owner, Kyle, replied "where is it?". I took my phone and upon using it i noticed a black spot and line across the screen on the new screen. This spot was present for all apps/usage of my phone and isn't supposed to be there. I took the phone out of it's case to look if there was an issue with the repair and find that the back glass is barely on the phone. You can fit your fingernail in the gap easily and there is glue oozing out. I brought it back into the store to show the owner and he said that it's just waterproof glue and not to touch it. I replied that the back isn't on the body and he replied once again to just not touch it and it's not an issue. I showed him where the gap was and the glue oozing out that you could feel and he said that it's inside the phone, doesn't matter because it waterproofs the phone, and that I just need to not touch it and let it dry. After looking at the spot on the screen, he just said that it was a bad screen and that there's nothing to do to fix it it's just an issue with the screen they ordered. I had to ask them to order a new one when it wasn't immediately offered. He then brings up the glue again and says again how it doesn't matter since he has to take it off and put it back on in order to put the new screen on anyway. I additionally noticed that none of my system vibrations are not working like they should(I verified that all of the appropriate settings were on). The front camera is also incredibly blurry post repair. To summarize: bad/no communication, bad repair job, and disrespectful, condescending owner. I will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future unless action is taken to rectify my situation. I will also recommend to not bring business here in the future based off this experience. Any job should be taken care of with much more respect and attention to detail. Update: brought it back in on the 21st to get a new screen in. Vibration and front camera issues caused by KBA were resolved. Back glass is now chipped and the back glass is separated from the frame by a significant amount. Due to this my phone screen sticks out from the case since it doesn't fit right. They said they used double sided 3M tape instead of waterproof glue since they put so much on last time that it was oozing out every where. This tape doesn't need time to set and yet is not secure. These repairs were done by the owner, Kyle. While a replacement back glass was an option upon request, I will likely opt not to have that done to mitigate future damage done to my devices by KBA. read more

Horrible customer service. The first time I had them replace the back on an iPhone 6 and they didn't hook the speaker back up so I took it back and they wanted to charge me for a new speaker because they said it was broke. This was false and their customer service was absolutely horrendous!! read more
