I know it's Repair, but this place saved my PC from Intel miscalibrating the voltages on two generations of CPUs. I reached out to two other shops in town to try and get the CPU changed before it became a catastrophic problem. I got no response from one, and a "nah, good luck though" from another. Months later, it ceased being a "programs will crash without software intervention" issue and became a " " issue. I'd gotten phone battery replacements from them in the past, but this was something far more extreme. Still, they said they could help, and lo and behold, they did. When I learned that Intel had extended the warranty on the i9 13th generation chips to five years (because they'd effectively told motherboard manufacturers to microwave them), they were willing to let me work with the PC manufacturer to get a replacement. That took entirely too long, (thank you FedEx and UPS), but once I had the chip in hand, they had the replacement CPU installed and BIOS set up the same day I brought it in. In the end, they only wanted to charge me for the initial diagnostic since I provided the replacement part (eventually). I will absolutely be coming back. read more

My Apple laptop screen was broken and I needed to get a new one. The replacement part was much higher than I would have liked, but Patrick's estimate was similar to buying the part online ( I did a lot of research and I'm not skilled in replacing a laptop screen) so it was like I got the installation for free. I got estimates at 2 different places and CPR was by far the best. He had it done same day as promised. He gave my computer a mini check up as well and said everything was running efficiently. Our smartphone was not powering on ..a black screen The guy at the store, said he would check it out and get back to us in a few weeks. That was in July 2025! We went back to store twice, guy said that it takes time to power it back up. Now it is January 2026 and haven't heard anything from the guy. We probably never will! This guy stole our phone! Horrible service, brought my phone in for minor repair, said 1-2 days, 23 days later, still not done! Stay away from this biz!!!!

1.They quoted us $139 to repair. Final cost $180. Reviews on other sites complain about the same thing. 2.Promised same day service, called and pushed the ready time back twice. Ipad finally ready 8 days later. 3.They required a credit card to keep on file which they said would not be charged until the iPad was ready. They charged the card the next day. 4. They sent me a customer satisfaction survey on day 3. 5. When I picked up my iPad day 8 and told the store manager my complaints his response was, "What's your problem man?" Which he repeated several times. This is a small poorly run franchise operation. Don't bring your electronics here!! read more

Do not bring your phone here to get fix, they will damage your phone, and you bring it in they will say everything looks fine but when I updated my phone it says unable to verify this phone has genuine apple display, better go somewhere else, don't waste your money at all and don't bother in getting a screw protection either they will put it on and leave bubbles and have it all crooked also read more

Brought my sons IPhone 6 Plus into this store.. they checked it out and said it would be 120.00 to fix it... said it would be done next day.. 5 days later they called and said they couldn't fix it and charged his card 55.00 for labor and phone still doesn't work!! The employees there are horrible and liars! I needed my Xbox one fixed and brought it in here to get it repaired, the employees told me it costs $105.00 for them to look at it and that would cover repairs. I got a call about 30 minutes later, them telling me that my Xbox one has "corrosion" and that it is irreparable, and that they would be keeping my money! I got ripped off, absolutely ridiculous, I'm a college student and don't have money to just drop out the window on useless stuff. I will never be coming back to this place for any of my needs. I got my iPad repaired, after getting it back I found out a piece was sticking out of the iPad. They said if the iPad is fully repaired they will only give it back. I found this out after I barely dropped and got a huge crack across the screen. Having one section of the screen higher than any other part will increase the stress. DO NOT ENTER THESE DOORS- even if you are desperate. was sent from next door att store with a galaxy working phone except it needed a new charging port. was asked to charge $65.00 up front and phone would be ready in couple hours. came back 6 hours later before closing phone wasn't ready. Worker-Patrick was extremely rushed and come back in 15min. Came back phone would not power up even though i left it with 1/2 charge. Was told to go home and put on charger overnite if still problems come back next day. Phone still didn't power up next day and SUPRISE Patrick was off next day and no one else could help me. Was sent an e-mail that because a pin was crossed the mother board was shot when I turned the phone off at att store a couple of feet away.Don't how a pin could get crossed in that way. When i came back to pick up phone was offered no refund --no way to fix problem.
