Kelli showed up on time and respectfully wore shoe covers in our home. When she arrived, I let her know that I was very concerned about the weight of the current sink as similar cast iron sinks online specifications stated they're approximately 130 lbs. My biggest concern was the granite. I have so much granite in the kitchen that it would cost over $10,000 to replace if the heavy sink slips from her hands. No fear - She was ready to get started. In no time at all, she shut off and drained the water, disconnected the pipes, removed the garbage disposal, existing faucet, etc., and entertained me hovering a little bit when she removed the sink ;-) . Turns out, while it was heavy, our current sink was not 130 lbs.; but she was ready to tackle it if it was. She skillfully added the plumbers putty where need be as well as sealant. The quartz sink fit right into place, as did the new faucet and she reattached the garbage disposal. She checked under the sink multiple times for any leaks. Everything works great. The quote Raul provided was the same amount charged. We're very happy to have found Mr. Pfix and I'll be happy to provide their name to my clients and friends when they're looking for a professional they can trust.

I…read morewas able to get an appointment squeezed into an already busy schedule as most companies including this are usually booked up a couple weeks out which is fair . But unlike the other companies Brushy Creek Electric made and exception for my small but tedious job and where able to come out the next day . I basically had a Sonos SL One speaker in wall mounting kit that needed an outlet added to the inside of the mounting box where the speaker sits. This is so you don't have to run any plugs inside the wall but rather just plug the speaker into the wall mount itself . This isn't like a regular cord hiding kit where you just cut a hole up top and then another one next to the outlet on bottom to plug it in with the cord showing on bottom. It actually needs to be hardwired into the existing electrical wires in the wall and I wasn't about to attempt to mess with it myself not knowing one thing about electrical work other than hanging simple lights and fans. On top of the fact that my stud / wire finder was saying there where wires I could possibly cut through by accident behind the sheet rock. Also the fact this whole project was under my staircase which is built a little different from the rest of the interior walls so it's sketchy for me to just cut away. The kit is by ( Thenos ) not Thanos from the Avengers by the way which will pop up on autocorrect every time you look for the company on google incase you want one lol . I'm happy I chose Brushy Creek Electric , Greg was patient with my questions very neat with the work he did and affordable considering what I was asking him to do. He was also pretty quick with the job and made sure everything worked as it should before completing the job . I will say I called around plenty of other reputable companies and got twice the price and a longer wait time for an appointment as I did with Brushy Creek Electric. I'm not saying he's super cheap because to be fair all jobs change depending on the task and difficulty level which you should always consider . I am saying he will get the job done rite at a reasonable competitive price according to the industry standards and you won't have to worry about issues later because he definitely knows what he's doing . I say this because its not fair to make up this idea that because someone got a good deal on a job that you deserve to pay less than what is recommended and then get angry when it's not what you expect on a quote . There is always a standard most people charge it's their livelihood but this company is very fair with their prices and if they say something costs higher than what you expect to pay just remember another company might charge double just because they have a big head on their shoulders and haven't been around as long. I got Rick's number from a neighbor for an emergency job to fix my undermount sink that fell into the cabinet below. At first, the experience was great. He came on short notice and we had great rapport, but ultimately Rick finished the job but got adhesive everywhere and damaged the sink in the process. He promised to replace the sink and didn't charge me. First he promised to order the sink himself, didn't respond for a while, and then I had to order it myself after over a month went by. He promised to reimburse for the sink. Then, we agreed to two separate times for installation and he know showed without explanation. It is now five months after the initial attempt at installation, and I still have a damaged sink and no reimbursement for the replacement. You cannot trust that Rick will deliver on what he says he will, and working with him will only lead to unnecessary frustration.
