Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. Our insurance didn't cover Eveland Brothers so we called Pirrello. They were honest in stating that it would be quite some time before they could get to it but given the make of the car we were happy to wait for them. We were surprised when it was done almost a month earlier than anticipated. We called weekly and Vito was so kind to always gives us the updates. They had to order parts from Italy then they went through Aristocrat so it was not an easy process. They even handled any pushbacks from our insurance so that everything was exactly like new.
