After that, we thought we were getting a personalized experience. She however specializes in cookie-cutter, where she'll just use the same vendors she always uses. Basically, if you want her to do work and find artists/creatives in your aesthetic and budget, she's not the person. In our case, she agreed to do a last-minute wedding, then dropped us a month before because we didn't want to use her basic vendors and tried to keep our money. The amount of extra costs we incurred as a result was horrible. She also made us feel cheap, when in reality we were just were not interested in just throwing 20k for a photographer we weren't absolutely obsessed with. We ended up spending over half a million, but with her just a horrendous experience all around.

She is terrible. She doesn't honor her contract. The contract says if the wedding is cancelled she…read morewill refund a certain amount of the money you have given her as a deposit. She refused to do that with us and kept 8 thousand dollars more than she is contractually entitled to. That is a very dishonest thing to do. In addition, when we were working with her, she kept pushing us to up our budget. It was already several hundred thousand dollars and she just wanted us to spend more. I tell everyone who asks to avoid working with her.
