This was my first time here and Everyone was super sweet! i came in and was greeted by Lynn right away. The atmosphere was filled with good energy and i love my nails and toes. John did my nails and worked with me. i had a bad experience with a different nail company and had bruising all on my fingers. He worked with me and even assured me that they are extremely clean there. It definitely shows because the salon looks impeccable! I will definitely be returning, plus they gave me a stamp card for a free pedicure which is pretty cool :) I very much recommend and their prices are very fair! I was highly recommended this place by a friend for their quality, services and prices. And wow! I am so blown away. I went in yesterday for a full set and a basic pedicure. I was greeted so warmly and was promptly given a seat to get started. I started being worked on so quickly even though it was a pretty full house in there. I was really impressed by how kind they were to every single person. They truly treat everyone like they've known them for years. Even me! The quality is unmatched. I was especially blown away by the man who did my full set. I didn't catch his name but is the one with slicked back hair and tattoos. He was so precise and gave me exactly what I wanted! All in all, they were so gentle, accommodating, kind and quick. They finished a full set and pedicure in under 50 minutes! Not to mention, the prices can't be beat! Went to the salon 10 days ago on a Tuesday. The woman who did my nails was very rough and ended up doing something to make my big toe swell and turn super red the same day along with cutting my two toes to the right when she was cutting down the skin. I went back in to have them look at it 6 days later (this past Monday) as I thought it was an ingrown which is when she informed me it was just skin. She attempted to get the skin out said it would be better by that night. Well here I am four days later and it is not better. It hurts extremely bad. Not only that but I am 36 weeks pregnant today(excuse the swollen feet) and you go get your nails done to be relaxed and pampered not to be put in more pain than I already am in. I will not be back nor will my mom and sister when went with me that day. Very disappointed. read more

I removed my nails after that and didn't come back for over a year to let my nails recover. she refused to speak to me and talked shit in Vietnamese the whole time I was there. I know this because I recorded some of it and asked a friend for translation. The next time they talked me into some new nail technique that would last longer. I agreed even though it was much more expensive. I had two nails fall off within ONE DAY. I came back the next day, no big deal, please fix.......and she talked crap the entire time even though I paid almost full price in a TIP to fix them. This place is a JOKE!!!! The owner is just so full of herself and does not care about you or the quality of work she does. People like this make me sick talking shit behind your back and acting fake to your face. Found this place on yelp while visiting my sister. She lives about 2 min drive from here. While visiting her I needed a fill. I requested an appointment on yelp and got a quick response. I had high hopes for this place as I seen the reviews. Upon arrival I was taken fairly quickly. Chose my color was seated within 4 mins I would say. The lady that was helping me (I can't recall her name I want to say sara but I'm not sure) she started my fill and saw I had green under my nails (I was aware it was there it's from a previous set and my nail lady I have at home took the old nails off and put new ones and it's just from water getting stuck under my nail after it lifts) she was telling me I need to take them off and I refused bc I just got my set a week before coming here. I explained my nail lady took them off and put a new set bc of the water I collected and this lady still took one nail off! So I told her not to take anymore off and just fill them. So she called the owner and was talking about it and the owner told me I should be careful blah blah blah, as I explained already, I already got It taken care of. So anyways I told her to fill them and not to take anymore off...So she did... Now she started the fill came to the color I wanted and had on the table...another customer chose the same color so her nail lady took it and wasn't done by the time it was time to color mine so I had to chose a new color. Whatever I chose a similar color. Now with out color I couldn't see any issues...after the color and after me leaving my fill was so bumpy! And on more than one finger. The shape was decent. Upon paying...she took my nail off when I said not too and I got charged for the nail she took off. The people here seem nice but you shouldMy make a big deal over something when I explained not Once but twice! I am from out of town and was already worried about getting a fill and for this reason. Definitely would not visit here again. But still need to be fair. 3 stars is for the shop being clean and having a lot of colors to chose from...and I mean a lot! The time to be taken was very fast. Lost points when you continue to talk about something I have already taken care of and making me explain twice as to why I don't want my nails taken off. I don't come to a nail salon to be judged and talked about and it's unprofessional to do so anyways. I'm very uncomfortable with people touching my feet but I was going to the beach so I wanted to get a pedicure. I should have just told them I was nervous from the start, but I didn't. Halfway through, I started having a panic attack and I could barely hear or see anything. The staff was very responsive. The owner checked my temperature to make sure I wasn't putting anyone at risk (I wasn't). They quickly have me a bottled water and helped me get sugar into my system. Donna and the owner were very understanding. I know I gave everyone quite a scare. Their response was so nice that I'm definitely only coming here when I need to get a pedicure in the future. Disappointed. Very disappointed. Decided to try this place since I have seen some decent reviews. I called to make sure they did Dip Powder manicures. The girl starts doing it and starts with gel. I asked if it's dip and she said yes. She proceeds with a clear dip and then finishes with gel. Tried to say that this is a way to do a dip powder manicure. I've had my nails done for YEARS. I've never seen this. What a joke. Now I already have some chipping, less then a day later and my nails are all bumpy and not even the same length. Two of my nails are filed completely crooked. Horrible job. I will also be posting on all the Buzz FB sites to make sure everyone knows that the "hype" was definitely disappointing. Do not go here! I decided to try this salon because the other salon I was going to did a HORRIBLE job on my dip powder. I walked in and was instantly greeted and helped. I was sat right away and they started on my nails. The first girl I had was Sarah I believe. She was sweet and did a really good job (she did the blue nails). I have been back now a total of 3 times and every time they are professional and nice. The salon is small but cute and you can tell everyone gets to know their clients. It's comfortable and not stuffy. I will definitely continue to go back. I'll probably try a pedicure there next considering how good they do my nails. read more

Every technician provides great service -- gel manicures last longer than any I've ever received at other salons and without damage to my nails since they file by hand - no drill sanding. Just moved to the area from HB saw all the reviews and thought I would check this place out. It's small and run down inside. Doesn't looks very clean and they only had a few people working. The girl doing my nails took her sweet time I was there for almost two hours for a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. People coming in were waiting for quite some time due to the lack of workers and the slow service. In addition, my gel manicure had bubbles on the end of three nails so within just a couple days my nail polish was chipped off. My toes chipped in less than a week. Definitely won't be coming back here not just because of the nails but because of the service and dirty, small, crowded environment. read more

This is my favorite mani/pedi place! All the ladies and men are very nice and friendly. They do great work and I think they have the best massage chairs. Some places you have to pay extra for "spa" chairs, KC Nails has these chairs for all pedi's! 10 chairs and several nail stations. Highly recommend.
