I called before going and the lady was very pleasant letting me know I can just show up and be a walk-in except I can't walk so that offended me.......LOL, just kidding, anyway I get there checking and It was about 10 minutes and we are off to the races I was able to use the tires for the tire changes that I second hand purchased, the guy doing to work was awesome very friendly and very efficient at his work, it did end up costing more than quoted but that's because I was a dummy and told the lady the wrong tire size. So it'll be known. I took a new set of 24' Dayton wire wheels here for new tires to be mounted. I paid $300 dollars for the 4. One was leaking air around the spoke. I call Christina she stated the don't repair. Okay cool, I was nice about it. AGAIN" A BRAND NEW SET! I took the mounted tire back to be unmount. Upon removal of the tire. The wrap around spoke seal had been damaged. Ok still cool about it, & wasent charged for the unmount. Took the rim to a friend who repaired the screw up for me for free. Other wise would've been a $450 dollar expense! Upon returning 3 days later to have the tire remounted. After the tire was finally put on. I was then made aware that i owed them $75.00 more dollars. When they damaged a 1500.00 dollar rim!! So whosoever read this. If you've spent good money on quality rims. PLEASE DONT TAKE HERE FOR ANYTHING! Take your stuff somewhere that is more professional!! & who will cover damages, & if not atleast not try to screw you over!! Im hoping the $75.00 was wotrh the cost. Total rip-off for audio. Everything low grade is overpriced and everything high-end(ish) is astronomical. They are nice when you first talk to them but If you want to change your mind on doing business with them, they are very combative and rude. The owner even said he "calls bulls***" that I found better prices elsewhere, which isn't hard to do. He then continued to tell me I can come in to pay the prices listed, or I can forget it and he can keep my deposit. Piss poor customer service. I bought tires here which was fine when I was in a pinch and needed no-name tires. As far as audio, never again will I consider this place for upgrading my audio. You've been warned! read more

Do not go to this "classy" shop. Not only did the so called manager call my 16 year old a pu$$y I called to resolve the situation and he wouldn't give me his name and hung up on me. Last year, I had been struggling to find used tires for a week from Craigslist and finally heard about KC Rim Shop through a friend. They were very knowledgeable about the type and quality of tires I was after, and installed them quickly and they have been working great. To the owner of KC Rim shop. Here is proof of bad experience. You bad mouthed me, and attacked my Christianity claiming I was a mad disgruntled person when I arrived at your shop. Shame on you. I don't need your free lunch. I do expect, however, that you do what is necessary to professionally install four new tires, especially at a cost of over $2000! My truck had a terrible vibration in both the steering wheel and seat immediately after having the tires installed at your shop. It was obvious to me your tire tech didn't know how to operate the balance machine when i watched him. I took the truck to Max motors, a reputable dodge dealer, down the street. They rebalanced all four tires. EVERY ONE OF THEM WAS OUT OF BALANCE. Here is proof of how many ounces each tire was out. In case you call me a liar again in your response post. I would like to be reimbursed the $80 I had to spend to have the tires balanced correctly. You have my name, address, and phone number. read more

Really really bad first impression. Called them and was immediately put on hold. Not for long, but then the lady got back on the phone and asked me how she could help me. As soon as I started speaking she started talking to someone else beside her totally ignoring what I had to say. Then she comes back and said, "What was that again about your car stereo." 8/22/2016 My son also took my truck in to get two front tires (used) put on. They showed him tires and said all I have, my son said guess I don't have a choice. I am on social security disability and could not afford a lot. I called them back on Monday and said these will not pass inspection, I will be coming in and you will change these tires. I have grandchildren that ride in my truck. well today I finally got back in after the front left tire going flat all the time and me having at 65 get out and air it up. We don't give refunds, I said yes you will I told the manager to pull my old tires out and you could put them back on at least they held air. They said no. he is the attorney generals phone number call them if you want like you said you were going to. I said fine I will any body else contact the attorney general Missouri, and I am also calling action 5 news. read more

My husband came to your shop a week ago and paid 900 dollars to have four tires installed. Had to wait for lift kit and spacers to come in when he went back to you shop he was not told that he needed 50 dollars or he would not be able to leave with his truck not knowing about the information for 50 dollars he had to ask family to help out he also didn't receive his military discount he also never got a copy of his receipt. Then after the fee was paid and his truck was brought out his original tires were not in the bed as your shop tried to steal them when he did not pay a disposal fee. Your shop also broke his valve stem and did not fix his valve stem and tip toed around the issue and he was told to drive it for 20 to 30 miles and it would reset itself. This shop also did not have his 50,000 dollar truck on jack stands while working on it either. This shop doesn't have the correct facility to be doing this kind of work. And it's apparent they don't care about the safety of their technicians and protection of people's property. I would urge everyone who thinks about going here to think differently. read more

Went in one day to pick out four used tires for my SUV. They showed me two sets, one for 180.00 (had dry rot all around the edges) and one for 240.00 (better condition and no dry rot). I told them I would take the 240.00 set and they said they would set them aside and put them on for me the next day. I paid them money down to hold them for me and I went in the next day. The total for all four tires with install was around 300.00. When they pulled it out of the garage the tires were all shined up with some kind of soapy substance that made them appear to be nicer than they were. I never suspected anything and drove home. When I got there the wet appearance had worn off and I discovered they had actually put the 180.00 tires on with the dry rot around the edges. The left front almost immediately went flat and will not hold air. I emailed them and to date have not heard a peep from them regarding my issue. They either played bait and switch with me or were grossly incompetent in putting the tires I paid for on my vehicle. For them to never respond to my email is truly telling as to what happened here. Crooked people will never succeed. They may make money for a while, but eventually these kinds of underhanded practices will come home to roost. Run, don't walk, from doing business with these people. read more
