I waited a few more minutes, just in case she wasn't going to be curling her entire head, and at 11:07 I had to walk up to the front desk and tell them I was leaving. The lady at the front desk seemed genuinely apologetic, but there was nothing that could really be done at that point. It's extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional to have a scheduled appointment run 40 min late. Update: The stylist also reached out directly via text to apologize and offer a complimentary service. This was very much appreciated. Thank you both for trying to rectify my experience. 4 stars for your efforts to address my concerns.
