Boy, was I nervous to get my rings resized. My husband and I…read morepicked this set out in FL. I've had it resized, once (2021, in FL), unfortunately opted not to get it resized again. It felt like the ring wasn't actually....resized. So I figured, I'd just deal with the rings constantly rotating around my finger, and flying across the room when I throw my hands in the air. lol Eventually I just got tired of dealing with the rings, trying to keep my middle and pinky finger as closely attached to my ring finger so it doesn't fly off..To the point where I just didn't want to wear my rings. I was afraid I'd lose them if I was ever out and about. Did a little research and saw nothing but 5 star reviews @ Two Jewelers. I have never seen a business, with 5 stars across the board, no negative reviews. This is the first. So I figured, what could go wrong..today's the day, let's get these rings resized! Called to make sure they had availability for me to come in and drop off the rings - Justin answered & said " come on in! ". I was there in 10 mins. Justin welcomed me in. He checked the current size of my rings - 6. We checked what my current ring finger size is - 5. But I opted to get it resized to 5.25. Why you ask? Welllll, sometimes if I have too much salt intake, my fingers swell. If/when that happens, I don't want to struggle with taking my rings off. 5.25 felt comfortable enough for me & def felt like it wasn't going to go flying off. Left those bad boys with them & off to work they go! Came back 1.5 hrs later and bam. My goodness, it fits like a glove! Not only that, I was so surprised that they cleaned it. She was bright. She was sparkling. She felt new. She was PERFECT. So - back to their reviews. 5 stars all around, no negative reviews. I'll be damned, I see why. Something Justin said to me, before I left my rings with them to get resized. He said " I want you to tell me, when you pick up these rings, that you are comfortable with them. If not, please let us know. " To be honest, I've never had any business be so adamant on me expressing my feelings/thoughts. Upon entering this store requesting a small jewelry repair for a 14k tennis bracelet with a broken…read moregemstone needing to be replaced, I was offered a fix with epoxy glue, and when I asked if the epoxy would eventually yellow, instead of getting an answer, another woman came from the backroom to shake me down and tell me they would have to send it somewhere else. She dangled my bracelet at me, and dropped it in my hand while shuffling me out the door, apparently I was not as important as their preferred clientele who spend big bucks on glittering diamond necklaces & rings as prominently displayed in their store. I didn't let it go at that, and argued the point that I had done business with them before, and felt her disposition was (hard business) rather than a friendly store for repeat customers. As it turned out, when I went across town to another store that was very similar, a store with glittering tennis diamond necklaces on black velvet displays, in there also were an aging couple minding the store that they own, with a helpful clerk and a bench jeweler. To my relief, my request was granted without hassle, for a price of $70.00. It was so worth it, because later that evening when I searched on line for a similar tennis gemstone bracelet set in gold, the price now is around $1,200. about 6 X what I paid for in 2009. As far as I'm concerned, my request was important, and rather an intelligent one.

I contacted Tivols in KC to purchase a replacement strap for my Panerai PAM0 1085…read more I was disappointed to learn that Sarah whom I purchased my timepiece was no longer available at this location. After my purchase from Sarah at Tivols, she would followup with me concerning my satisfaction of my purchase of the Panerai brand timepiece. Sarah would send Christmas cards etc. When I needed another strap, Sarah was expedient with my order. Tivols losing a quality saleswoman was both their loss and mine. Being that said I called and spoke with a saleswoman Susan on June 19th of 2026 and ordered an Alligator strap for my Panerai PAM01085 24/22 Blue and was told that she would call me back in 3-5 days when my new strap was estimated to arrive. Susan has not contacted me about my Panerai strap, almost a month later, so I decided to go to the Panerai.com website and I could purchase it today, free shipping and have it by 7/15/26 . It seems odd that I can order a strap and receive it in days, but order one from Susan at Tivols in KC and never hear back from her? I am going to order my strap directly from Panerai and not waste my time with Tivols in Kc. I have spent thousands of dollars at that location while working with a sales woman who cared about her customers that being Sarah, and now dealing with Tivols sales woman Susan who apparently doesn't share the same qualities about taking care of her customers, and representing Tivols in a positive manner. Its a shame after dealing with a qualities sales woman being Sarah and now dealing with a woman that has tarnished my view of a wonderful jewelery store with rich history. Buyer beware before purchasing…read more There is no return policy (only trade in) even if the purchase is less than 24 hrs. Its is not posted anywhere in the store or on the receipt. Its was not mentioned to me nor did I ask. And expect "price gouging" to be in effect. Upon my request to return my necklace, I was told first thing, you agreed to pay the amount. And yes I did. But they were not interested in why I wanted to return it, (I guess because it didn't matter). It was at least $500 more than The highest priced exact same thing, I could find on the Internet from other retailers. She told me if I paid cash, i could save tax. And as I was leaving to get the cash, she added $50 to the total she told be for the necklace -But after i returned and asked her why, she removed the $50. (she didnt bother to explain why when I asked ). Apparently they do not understand the value of a satisfied "returning"customer or dont care. I guess the word "traders" in there Business name should have tipped me off. Plus, I guess I'm a little disappointed for the reason that I thought I had found jewelry store I can trust to not take advantage of me. Perhaps it doesn't exist anymore.
