Terrible service! I booked an appointment for 1pm today. Showed up at 12:40pm for a wax and was basically told no one can take me. I wasted 45 min driving back and forth. Complete waste of time. If you can't take the appointment then let the customer know. Do not bother to book a wax or facial here, they will not be ready to take you and you will end up wasting your time. Currently here while I write this review. I brought my daughter for eye brow cleaning and shaping. Walked in, first impression the place is calm, clean and the brow tech Yunis is friendly and inviting greeted us with a smile. Today is Sunday and thank God it's not packed. We came Saturday and it was pretty busy. I haven't seen anyone get their haircut here so no comment on that. They are conveniently located at the Krogers shopping center. They are open 7 days a week. Asked about 5 times to NOT make my eyebrows thinner. I can feel when they are making them thinner! It takes so long to grow them to the thickness I like. The young girl could careless. NOT returning here !! NOT RECOMMENDED. If anyone asks me about this place I would tell them not to wait their time and money. They only ever have 1 person also. read more

First time at this location as I didn't want to drive to my usual threading salon. I was very eerie about trying a new place however I am glad I did. She did a great job and I will be sure to return. I went on a Wednesday evening after work and there were only 2 people ahead of me. Surprisingly her threading technique didn't hurt me as much and she cleaned & shaped my eyebrows great. I've been coming here for the past 6 months and I love the way Yunish leaves my brows. She is the sweetest brow lady I've ever had. She always greets me with a smile. She is gentle and works pretty quick while still doing a great job. She pays attention to detail and always goes in with a small pair of scissors to trim the rest of the brows after she's done threading. read more

Came in and there's only a few of us but there's only one person doing threading and another lady in there standing around sweeping and cleaning mirrors. If there's customers piling up don't just ignore them and say she'll be right with you , because me as a paying customer if I see someone under your business then that means they should be able to provide services as well instead of depending on one person whole there's customers piling up. Worst experience ever. Went in to get eyelash extensions. Only one person working on Sunday, she rushed through my service. She ended up gluing my top lash to my bottom lash! There was a lady clipping a little boys hair who was yelling at him the whole time because he wouldn't stay still, I'm assuming it was her son or someone related. Maybe do that at home so you're not yelling in front of customers? I also agree with the previous comment, the curtains are almost see through. I got a voucher from Groupon and glad I did because it was definitely not worth $50+. At that price, you might as well go to EWC. They weren't using the right wax either. She couldn't get it to come off until after the third or fourth time and had to clip some of the wax off with paper scissors. read more

Do not come here for a Brazilian wax!! The lady burnt me and left me with wax residue. She was pulling downwards, I really don't think she knows what she is doing. I didn't let her finish either. Their curtain is see through as well. I contacted the owner and she wanted to see it. Pictures weren't enough for her. Why would I open my legs for her just to see it? Super uncomfortable. Literally where has this place been all my life? t is very hidden, I had trouble finding the place at first but the second I came in one of the women quickly took care of me. I used to go to a threading place regularly in Almeda mall and did a full face and it wasn't all that. The lady snatched my eyebrows, gave me a face massage and put ice on my face to reduce irritation and she didn't have to do all that. The price is very good unlike other places that are very rough on my face and don't put any relief and leave my face irritated and charge way more. Very chill spot. read more

I've been coming here wince they opened I love the way they do eyebrows but eyelashes is another thing I was told they would last up to 2 weeks and when I woke up the next day they were half off I went back the next day to fix in the morning by 7 in the afternoon they were coming off again when I called to tell them I just wanted my money back I didn't have time to go everyday to get fix they gave me the run around and no one ever called back it's already going to be 2 weeks and still haven't heard from no one i don't even know if I want to go back despite how good the eye brow threading is read more
