Multi-position and tools for scrubbing, spraying and applying various types of wash, rinse and wax. All in we were $7.50 to do it ourselves to wash, scrub and vacuum. He came up with some BS story that he thought i wanted to test ride one first, which was a complete LIE. When I called him out on it, he said "I'm not going to be talked to like this." Talked to how? Factually and honestly? Casey is the owner's hunting buddy so I'm sure nothing will come of this review. Here are a few adjectives I would use to describe the sales department under Casey's "leadership" or lack thereof: Dishonest, offensive, deceptive, good-ol-boy, disappointing, disingenuous, untrustworthy, irresponsible, arrogant and conniving. We went out to the driveway and got in, turned the key and NOTHING HAPPENED. The doors won't even open when the battery is dead. Well, my temper got lost, I got on the phone and ORDERED them to help me. I got a jump from the neighbor and drove to the dealership. All the while, the service manager went to my home to help me out but I was already gone and at the dealership. I vented on the poor guy that was the first to walk out to my car. He was absolutely very professional, overlooked my bad words and behavior and calmed me right down. I have to mention that the car was AS IS, NO WARRANTY so I was a little afraid they would turn me away. No sir... The service manager took my car to the shop and the manager came out and told us they were going to replace the battery and we would soon be on our way. I am so very happy and will definitely be a customer when we need a new car. Thank you Stones!!!
