I went through Pony Express 1st time June 10, 2024, after being sold a "plan" of unlimited car washes, $10 then. Auto payments of $10 per month next 2 months. Next payment taken 7/9. I discovered on 6/10 that my front license and frame was bent at 90 degree angle. No time to go back to PE as I was heading to Montana to bury my brother. While there a friend spent a couple of hours straightening the frame and plate. A tough job. Today I went to PE. 2nd time. Washed my car. Stopped in lot. Checked plate and frame. Bent at 90 degree angle. Since this happened before I really paid attention going through. Nothing felt weird. I have washed my car in other auto washes. Never had damage before. Could not find anyone except woman spraying at start of wash. Incredibly busy. Also would have walked thru busy line. At home called number I found online. Told by young lady that it had to be reported before leaving. She said that if this happens (has never happened at other washes) I could remove my frame and plate before washing. Did not offer to have anyone call back. I will make sure my bank stops these draws. I will warn people of your terrible service after damage. And eventually I will find someone who can straighten my plate and frame. I will be surprised if your company survives Ling term unless your clients are always first timers. Usually fine, but there is always this 1 guy who just doesn't spray the windshield. I pay for a subscription service, I deserve better. When I asked he said the sprayer is broke. I went to Pony Express awhile back and many times did I go. But one time I heard my window crack and management would not talk with me at the time I called and mentioned it. However I went back hoping it wouldn't do more damage and thank god it didn't but the owner seems to think that he knows when it happened (which he doesn't) and has supposedly looked at the cameras. How many of those days did he look? Don't know and don't care. He is a piece of crap and this has happened to others. So before taking a vehicle there think of other wash places first. Owner was super rude in a reply to my last review. Sorry, not sorry, but I don't have any replies. Be mindful of this guy for sure. read more

Update 9/22: I decided to try again this summer but still random things breaking inside the carwash, they don't tell you... they just let you go thru expecting a full wash and end disappointed when one side or the other didn't get clean. To add insult to injury, they also removed the tire shine "Black Magic" from the middle tier wash. Did they send an email? No. Call me? No. Text, letter, fax, carrier pigeon... No. No. No. No. Absolute failure. I had to find out by weeks of not getting it until I was frustrated enough to walk in and ask the poor employee who let me know the owners had removed it without notice. You don't treat your customers like they are an inconvenience. WE ARE THE REASON you're in business. WE PAY YOUR SALARY. We deserve some common decency. 10/21: I've been a customer for 2 years now, paid monthly with unlimited washes. At first I didn't notice anything bad, but the building is new and the equipment is also new so that's to be expected I suppose. Several weeks ago, I noticed that the driver side of my pickup wasn't clean after I went thru the wash, this was a Monday. I thought that was odd, but went back Wednesday. Same streaks of dirt on the driver side. I spoke with someone inside who said that one of the brushes was broken and they were waiting for parts, should be another week or so. Ok, fine, but there should have been a sign up saying that... or letting me know via email that it was only washing 2/3 of my vehicle. Fast forward another week and now both sides of my pickup are dirty still, and as I went thru the was I noticed that now TWO of the rollers were not working. Still no sign, still no email, they act like this is normal and that me paying $40 a month is totally worth this half-a$$ed wash. Inexcusable. There has got to be some form of accountability for charging full price for a subpar wash. Not sure I will continue my monthly membership. TBH it's not worth it if I feel like I'm getting scammed. read more

My partner called to get his membership cancelled and they told us that they would prorate the rest back to the account and cancel it so we were like fine. We went in to go get it cancelled and the manager was a complete assh*le and said I didn't make that decision so I'm not cancelling it and refunding it. And when we ask for no brushes on the car they still do the brushes. Will never be going back to THIS location or any location again read more

I have been going here since they opened. Ive had a monthly membership for 3 years now almost 4. At first it was awesome! The mat cleaners worked, i mean actually worked. i also went 4 to 6 times A WEEK! Every winter their mat cleaners are broken, sometimes have a sign and most the time DO NOT. towels never stalked, i somehow always pull up into a space and the vacuums are broken so they make a HUGE ugly screeching noise. Dont pay for any monthly package here. 1. The vehicle is never clean, specially the windows. 2. Towels are never stalked or readily available, ever. Summer or winter. 3. The floor mat machines, not to mention, there are 3 of them, NEVER WORK WELL, OR COMPLETELY OUT OF SERVICE. cancelled my membership, im better off paying less than $27.99 monthly and paying pro clean or just going wherever has good quality vacuums, has some type of mat wash rather self serve or not, and has stalked what they preach they always have readily available. Im not sure what i pay for monthly here, car never gets fully cleaned and their equipment isnt kept up with or stalked. read more

ZERO STARS. The wash is mediocre at best and the customer service is even worse. Undercarriage didn't even get touched with the highest priced wash. When I went the first time, they were running a special where you could buy a second wash for cheaper, but the girl never once mentioned that there was any kind of expiration on the second wash. Tried to use it about a month later, not realizing it had expired a couple days earlier. They wouldn't honor the purchase, make any exceptions, or even just give me my $10 back. The guy on duty (~11:30am on 5/30/23) was completely unprofessional and has no business interacting with customers. There is absolutely no reason for there to be an expiration date on a purchase like this - it isn't f*****g milk. The jackass on duty tried to feed me some line about running out of codes being the reason for expiration dates, but with modern computer systems, that shouldn't even be possible. I should be able to use pre-purchased wash next year if I want. The only reason is to steal from people. I wonder how much money they make every year from this con where people never get the services that they've paid for. read more

One thing that might help is knowing Pony Express Car Wash provides microfiber cloths to wipe down your vehicle after the car wash. That way you can touch up any areas you think need it. They provide these at two different locations in the vacuum area. Also, their (relatively quiet) vacuums, and floor mat wash machines work well and are kept serviced. And last of all I appreciate how meticulously clean and beautifully landscaped their facility is. I always look forward to washing our vehicles there! read more

Both of our vehicles suffered significant damage here. The jet pressure is set too high. I have paint that was chipped off of my car and the window cracked, our trucks spray bed liner was damaged and ripped out in various places. The jets blew through our sun roof causing water damage. read more
